This location has consistently been bad, I keep wanting to give it another try but to no avail. I am not sure what sort of circus this owner runs here but 1.5 hours to get a pizza delivered is not good. IF the delivery driver actually did their job correctly, it may have only taken 1 hour, however the driver picked up my order an then proceed to deliver 10 other orders at the nearby air force base. The pizza I got was lukewarm and not worth the price. This store need to hire more drivers desperately. I know "No one wants to work...boohoo" Pay your drivers better and hire an adequate number. I already pay 6 dollars as a flat delivery fee, it's not rocket science. A coma patient could run a better store.

Slow!! Everytime I've ordered here for pickup the time takes 2x or 3x longer than quoted on the app. Food quality is normal for Domino's.

I am astonished! I came in on 1/26/24, at about 9pm, for a caryout order and the service I received was amazing. I was welcomed with a nice greeting and saw a whole crew working together to get orders completed. People were HUSTLING!!! Danielle the gm, is great, she was super sweet and she really got things done. The crew was working really hard. Overall great service and thank you dominos for training such a great gm and a great crew!
I ordered online take out and, I have to be honest it was super easy to use. Once I completed my order I received a text message when my food was ready when I got to the store was friendly the atmosphere was amazing and I left with my food piping hot!!! Thank you, Domino!!!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space and the atmosphere is G rated!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get into the building and out of the building!!

Order said take 15 to 20 min. Showed up 20min. Had to wait 30min extra in there lobby. Shouldn't take 50min to make a few pizzas.
Delivery never came and was still charged full price, the store won’t answer their phone when I tried calling to dispute.

Ready or not…waiting since more than 2 hours…since 20 minutes ready on the screen, but nothing is ready from our order. Nobody can communicate when it’s finished. It’s a horrible service.During our waiting time pizza was throwing away because it was too long in the oven…Don’t order here… it’s quite a mass.

My roommate and I over at Sheppard AFB ordered pizza cause we were hungry and feeling pizza today. Here we are 2 hours later from when our order said it was ready and still nothing has been delivered. Our chow halls have since closed, and we can't get anyone at the store to pick up the phone. The mobile app is saying it's "on its way" still, and nothing is being done. Really sucks cause we can't even refund the pizza at this point, so we're just out the money..

Rude female driver and female “manager” in this store. So glad I will never have to visit this Domino’s location again. Now I see why they have 3 stars on their review. They don’t deserve 3, that’s for sure! The delivery driver needs to learn how to park without pushing a customer out of the spot they were halfway in, then wants to run her mouth to all other employees as she walks into store, then manager didn’t even want to help me pick up pizza order that was already paid for online because “she don’t appreciate people cussing at her employees”. Maybe it’s time they both get different jobs that do not require any type of customer service. Sad to see this horrible “customer service “ at a Domino’s
