Picking up a doordash order waiting over 15 minutes past the time my order is supposed to be ready. 3 employees cleaning pulling equipment out at 7 o’clock during a dinner rush? Only 3 people making sandwiches. This is ridiculous!

Hi, I am a DoorDash driver and I want to apologize to your staff for being rude.. the fact is it’s very frustrating picking up orders from your restaurant. But it’s your policies and not necessarily your staffs fault.. When I’m doing deliveries I am representing our mutual customer who has paid a premium for the service. They have already ordered and paid for their food. Every minute you make me wait to pick up the order you are also making them wait.. I don’t see the logic in forcing the delivery drivers to wait in line behind customers that are just now placing their orders. Many times I arrive at your store at the specified time and I can see the order is ready when I walk in . Only I have had to spend 15 - 20 mins waiting in line to have the one employee who is operating the register hand me the order…(that’s been sitting out behind the counter the whole time). while there are 4-6 other employees basically standing there.. how does that make any kind of sense? This means that by the time I reach our customer the food has been prepared for at least 30 minutes. This is not good.. Previously I worked as an assistant manger of a restaurant and this should be fixed it serves no one’s interest.
Front end: order was done correctly, food was positively delicious, meatball sub, soup, driver on time..Back end: nothing to report..

First time I ate at Firehouse Subs, I removed all the other sub downloads. No comparisons to any other subs. The subs are amazing, the soups taste homemade, and the salads are huge and very fresh, ingredients . The workers are warm and so friendly. Great place to eat.

It's a good idea to call in your orders as seating is limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level.Handicapped parking is available. However, the tables are rather close together, so maneuvering inside the restaurant is tricky when it is full.

I like pastrami sandwiches and they make a pretty good one here. The wait wasn't too long and the service was really good. The bread they used for my sandwich was really good also. Good place for lunch or maybe a quick dinner if you don't feel like cooking. Give it a try you might like it.
