Great restaurant to enjoy wonderful food in a relaxed setting. Possibly the best option for business travelers in Wichita Falls. If you have the chance to eat here, don't miss it, it's a bit out of the way from where many of the hotels are but it's so worth the drive. Nice little garden and pond too to enjoy outside!I'll certainly be back the next time I'm local

This was an awesome place for date night. Had amazing appetizers and drinks. The duck tasted great, just not crazy filling. But a cool atmosphere to hang out with loved ones .

Allow me to start by saying, the food was incredible. The menu was a little strange, as many of the appetizers didn’t really complement the entrees. Which made it difficult to order. But overall, the food was very well done. The duck was cooked to perfection, the gravy with the grits was also quite good. It’s too bad the service & atmosphere were so lackluster, because I would’ve really enjoyed trying the rest of the menu. However, I couldn’t get out of this restaurant quickly enough.Which brings me to the atmosphere. I’m just not sure what this place was going for in terms of “vibes”. It had so much potential to be a cute, cozy, elevated experience. But the lighting was abrasive and the table spread felt like a catered corporate event. There was no music playing in the room we were seated in, which meant all the surrounding tables were chatting at whispers because we could hear everything every other table was discussing. So much for an intimate date night! We were also seated right by the kitchen door. All of this turned what we were anticipating to be a “fine dining experience” into an extremely casual sh*t talking fest.It was just, awkward. It felt like we were at Thanksgiving with our extended family, except the side of the family you don’t really know or care to know, and everyone is seated at the kids table. Now for the service. My partner and I were visiting from out of town, and had heard all about this place. So we were excited to try the majority of the menu. We are ‘shared plates’ people, ordering a dish at a time as we go. Sharing everything. We also don’t drink. Considering there were no non-alcoholic options on this menu, we stuck with water. We’d already lost our server’s interest in us here. But upon us ordering a salad to share at start, she seemed to have come to the conclusion that we weren’t going to be making her any money this evening, at least that’s what her service (or lack thereof) implied. We’d overheard her describing the special for the evening to another table and we were intrigued by all the adjectives she used! But when we inquired about it, we got “It’s salmon”. It was at this point we decided we would rather fill our bellies at wing stop and hit the road if it meant we could get out of there quicker.Nothing kills an evening more than bad service, bad lighting, and feeling like you’re touching shoulders with (somehow both) the kitchen AND every other guest in the place.Just all around weird. But once again, compliments to the kitchen. I cannot emphasize enough how good the food we did have was. And it’s such a shame everything else prevented us from caring to try the rest! What a sad waste of potential for something that could so easily be an exquisite experience.

There's just not enough stars here for the food. We were delighted with our chef-crafted courses, each so well introduced by our server, Zach. The presentation made us eager to sample, and every bite was beyond delicious. The restaurant itself was charming, with a lovely view of the chef's garden. We made an early-evening reservation and enjoyed swift service too.Kid-friendliness: Definitely

I came here for an office Christmas dinner and wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with our waiter Royce! He was delightful, witty, professional, and very funny! If you have the honor of having him as your waiter then you are in for an amazing night! He was very attentive, fast, knowledgeable with the meals, and his recommendations were a hit all around the table! Also the food, drinks, dessert, etc were amazing. (The beef tenderloin was the best steak I've ever had). I will definitely be coming back, thank you for the amazing service!

Amazing and beautiful restaurant that is indeed on a hill. The veggie appetizer was delicious and my husband keeps talking about it. I had the salmon and it was fantastic! The best part was the campfire dessert. I'm dreaming about the marshmallow ice cream.

My husband and I had the duck and some kind of pasta dish for the main course, calamari tempura for an appetizer, and the smoked s’more ice cream dessert. Everything tasted perfect. The duck melts in your mouth, and the pasta had some sausage and crawfish- my husband said it tasted incredible, which is rare praise. Really pretty outdoor venue, and looks good on the inside as well. This is a showcase place for Wichita Falls.

We had dinner at Fox Hill on 2 different evenings during a 10-day visit with our son in Wichita Falls. What a lovely place to dine. The service was great, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was quite tasty. We visited Fox Hill in early September after much heat and drought in the area. The grounds were beautiful, but I can only imagine how gorgeous they would have been a month or 2 earlier in the season. It's one of my son's and his wife's favorite places to eat in the area. I can't wait to dine there again the next time we visit.

After experiencing this awesome atmosphere and amazing food . Fox Hill is on a level that can't be match between Dallas and Oklahoma city. Our appetizers, dinner and dessert was the best I've ever had in Wichita Falls. And don't forget to try the jalapeño mojito my new favorite drink . Can't wait to come

I’m honestly shocked that there could be anything but positive reviews. This place is an absolute GEM. We are foodies from Houston and Fox Hill will forever be my favorite place in Wichita Falls. The atmosphere is incredible, very romantic and personal. We started with the bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese (so good) and the calamari (they even fried jalapeños!) and every single person in our party of 7 were amazed by their main dish. Our waiter, Zach, provided impeccable service, from offering insightful menu recommendations to ensuring our every need was met. His warm and attentive demeanor enhanced our dining experience, making it truly memorable. Highly recommend!
