Waited in line for 32 mins for 4 piece tender meal i didnt get lol who know how long the car in front of me at window was there i just went around them and left. There was at least 6 mad people in lobby and 4 cars waiting. Smh get it together golden

Honestly the other day this location had my order on point. Everything was in my order,okra was fresh & crispy,soft rolls. I was happy with my tenders.My husbands tenders were sad looking& didn’t taste good at all. I think he got some old tenders.The workers here are always friendly. They are inconsistent with including all of your order,along with it being cooked properly, or fresh.However, if you do have a complaint or concern they don’t hesitate to solve the problem. Overall I do think their chicken can be fresher. My experience is most Golden chicks are like this. Hit and miss with quality sometimes . If they could deliver quality food consistently, then they would be golden.
Just had the worst food experience at Golden Chick. Had a big order, $53 worth. They told me, I had to wait for chicken. No problem at all, I don't mind waiting, especially for fresh food. Well, waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, the lady finally comes to the window and ask if we would prefer roasted chicken because the guy in the back never dropped the chicken that we were waiting for in the first place. We said yes, because we didn't want to wait another 15 minutes plus. Well we get home, and realize I guess they packed the rest ofnour food at the time we ordered, because all our food was cold. Fries we stale and gross, corn nuggets and Mac and cheese was cold. I couldn't even eat my roasted chicken breast, it just wasn't good. Tasted like it's been sitting out all day. Even our drinks were watered down because the ice melted. Just a all around bad experience. Doesn't seen like they know how to run the place. Why would you have someone wait 15 minutes for no reason and let their food get cold and drinks water down. Just a very poor job of service. I paid full price for garbage. They should be ashamed that they would even serve people like that. But the whole time I was polite and had a smile on my face, when I knew I was about to be greatly disappointed. Will never be going back there, and you shouldn't either. Don't waste your time or money there.

Ordered a 9 piece wicked wings with an additional 3 piece wicked wings delivered through doordash only for my wings to come with little to no zing I called the restaurant to voice my complaint about my order and the person didn't show any empathy I detected annoyance especially when she asked me "okay... anything else?" When in the food industry when a customer who paid for their food they're paying to get their money's worth and good quality not to receive something get thrown together and put inside of a box
