I went inside to order. The manager assigned to the register was "too busy" to take my order. They had the new employees take it. When it rand up she couldn't cash me out because the register was not assigned to her. When they went to get the manager the drive through server told me they did not have came for a hundred on a 74 dollar ticket. I asked her if they didn't have $25 in change. She confirmed so I asked for the corporate number. Then the manager came out to try to tell me she actually dod have change. Corporate number went straight to voice-mail.UPDATE: The number I was given was not actually corporate. It was the general manager of that Golden Chick. So the manager lied to me about giving me the corporate number also. I have since filed a complaint with the actual corporate office.

Chicken was dry day old like it set all day under a heat lamp. Spent almost 50 dollars for the family chicken tenders. Supposed to come with a family gravy which I didn't get. I gave 1 star because the rolls were amazing. Will not order again!

I just ordered from Golden Chick on DoorDash and this was the WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN (what I received at least because I was missing one of the sides is a $15.89 meal!!) My fish and shrimp meal looked like a happy meal! It was horrible and the coleslaw tasted like there was something VERY WRONG WITH IT! I will NEVER eat at this restaurant ever again. TRASH!!

Ok so one poor new worker (i think she was) no more then 5 minutes ago didnt know where something was and the manager (im guessing this other lady was) couldnt turn around and just show her where the buttons were. Line formed and people left, say long enough waiting..:( SAD. Train people where stuff is.

No one would acknowledge us at the drive-through, plus no one would answer the phone. This was after someone in front of us had just ordered! Too many chicken places in this town to go back here.

Needed a quick bite and decided to try a chain we haven’t tried before and don’t have in Colorado.Getting to the Golden Chick was easy. Parking was easy and they also have a drive through.Since we hadn’t been here we didn’t want to back up the drive through and decided to go inside and take our time to choose from the menu.The inside was okay. A tad run down and a tad dirty. We were okay with the plan to take away.The staff seemed a little bit flustered, despite the fact there was us and a couple other people (aka it was slow).Half of us got the chicken combo and half got the catfish fish combo. At the register we were told they do not have fish… well the fish was on the menu. After a little hassle it was determined they, indeed, have fish on the menu.We waited for about 15 minutes. So much for fast in the food, lol!Ultimately, we got back and opened our food we were short an order of fries and a few pieces of chicken. We did get an extra piece of fish and three cookies for for people, so ultimately, no one went to bed hungry ?The food tasted good!Parking: Parking was easy, right outside of the restaurant. They have their own, free, parking lot.

I stopped here at the drive-thru and placed my order and then paid for it .Then the girl working the window leaned out and said I’m all out of tenders and it’s gonna be awhile before any will be ready, you don’t mind if I give you the baked chicken right? I was perplexed by her statement wondering why she made sure that she charged me before letting me know there was none of the chicken that I ordered. Though I did not want the baked chicken (the only reason for stopping there was because I wanted fried chicken Not baked) I relented due to the fact I was hungry and it was gonna be a pain to get them to refund my money. Needless to say when I got home and tried baked chicken. It was not good.! I was very disappointed and ultimately wished I had not stopped there because I wasn’t able to eat any of it because it was chicken that sat there under the heat lamp all day and the mashed potatoes were old. It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten there, or that I tried to eat. It wasn’t even late so I’m not really for sure why it was so bad and I probably won’t be stopping there for a long long time. Do your customers a favor If you don’t have something, tell them before they pay.

Its Very rare that you see or get to talk to a general manager but he was at the front helping and asking customer if they need anything else.The general manger was amazing great customer service and ever employee was very happy and food was fresh tasted delicious,very clean work atmosphere.I would recommend this location to everyone!

Staff is too stupid and dishonest. Ordered fried chicken and paid online and was told their new "policy" was that I had to come inside to get my order. In reality the dumbass work the counter was too stupid to get my name off the receipt because it was folded at the top. The it was racist when I showed it how to unfold it to read.
