The customer service is practically non existent! There was a time when you didn’t have to wait to be waited on. Now it seems like we are imposing on the staff, who is mostly worried about the drive thru!

He lied to several of his employees about their payrate and got away with it...I wouldn't advise anyone to support this business simply because the people who run it have no moral value.

Placed my order through DoorDash ma few times & both times my order was completely wrong. Tried calling to either exchange or refund, but the line was disconnected. I don’t understand how we can make mistakes constantly & phone line be out of service. It’s annoying waiting for the wrong order & can’t make a phone to who is accountable.

You recommend a seafood deal in the drive though knowing it's longer than 7 minutes. Then it takes 20 minutes. And the the so called catfish is absolutely inedible.
