Eating in may be a different experience, but I ordered doordash and my entire order was wrong, they refused to work with me on compensation, and then the manager proceeded to call me "boy" wouldn't recommend. Go to another location.

Service is terrible. You have to wait to be seated a lot longer than you you did back when they stayed packed full capacity back when first opened. There are only two or three waitresses, about six tables with two or three people at them,they say that they are so busy. I hate going there anymore.

Food was decent. And the service with the lady we had was great. She was super nice. Wasn’t to loud with all the people there either. Only thing I would complain about is the tables were to small against the windows. Two small tables that wobbled. But other than that it was a good alternative to the pancake festival.

Wish there was a way for me to not select a star. I had lunch at this location today and from the atmosphere to the food was awful. THE SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVER BRENDA WAS AWFULLLLLLLLL. SHE WENT AS FAR AS BRING US WRONG ORDERS AND LEFT OUR DRINK. WELL IT ONLY GET WORTST FROM HERE SHE THROWED THE NAPKINS DOWN ON THE TABLE OPPOSITE US GRUMBLED AND TURNED OFF. The food was horrible ? nasty if you ask me pan cakes was raw, biscuit was oily and burnt, egg raw even though I suggest we'll cook, the fries were dry, salt and the sausages were undercooked. IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULD OF NEVER PAID NOT ONE DIM OF THE $43.79 THAT WAS BILLED TO US TODAY.

It's IHOP. It was good. I had fun talking to visiting with my friends but it's not five star but it was good and the service was good.
This IHOP has always been my favorite in town. It's very clean, customer service is attentive and friendly. Food is served promptly and is always good.
