The staff here is extremely rude. The first time I went the guy working the register was rolling his eyes as I was adding items. There was no one else in there, but me. So maybe he was irritated I interrupted their "down time". The second time I went through the drive thru and the man taking my order starting cutting me off and saying "no" when I asked for an item. I then was about to ask if I can have the sauce on the side but I couldn't even get my sentence out before he cut me off to say, "no". He was very irritated and not helpful at all. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and will not be returning to this location. It is by far the worst location I have been to and my family really enjoys eating here.

This place is the worst. They won't honor deals in the app. Every time I order in the app with certain deals the order gets canceled because they don't want to honor the app prices. When I called to find out why they were rude and didn't seem to care.

Soggy and cold fries, a cold chicken sandwich, and the whole place felt deader than a morgue. Meanwhile, my bf's Taco Bell order somehow came out perfectly fine. Never going here again if I can help it.

The fried chicken I had here was absolutely DISGUSTING! The chicken was soaked in grease. The bread on the chicken was soggy and oily. The chicken had blood still in it and was not fully cooked. I asked for a fresh batch or a refund and they gave me the same nasty chicken again. I wouldn't feed that to my dog if I had one!

This place is a disaster. The cashier Domingo charge too much for a 2 peace meal $12 . And the meal wasn't that good manager should Fire him. The price es are outrageous. Will speak to manger soon . There is no way a meal can cost over $10 . Not satisfied with Domingo and his bad attitude
