Ordered and waited at the pickup window for 5 minutes and then was told to pull up and wait. Then after 15 minutes of waiting, I went inside and they informed me that they forgot about me. I asked how much longer and they said it’ll be a bit of a wait for fries. At that point I requested and received a refund.

When you pull up literally every single car almost every single time and then you have to wait several minutes for your food your drive through time really shouldn't matter at that point. Really just a reflection of how little businesses care about customer service nowadays literally all about the bottom dollar and numbers nowadays.

I ordered a spicy mccrispy with extra sauce on it but literally no sauce came on it whatsoever and they didn't put my sauce in the bag.
