I tried the new double Big Mac.Very disappointed. Shrinkflation is the name of the game at McDonalds. They weren't busy and still my food was slammed together. It's sad to see what they've become.

Can’t fallow super simple orders even when the instructions are on the wrapper in big bold letters they still manage to get not a single thing correct, asked for extra onions and got a plain cheese burger with a single slice of cold cheese…. No onions, no pickles not ketchup or anything just a cold burger with a cold slice of cheese
The manager here is absolutely amazing we had an issue with a kiosk and she stopped and got it taken care of for us very quick and professionally absolutely great!!! Her name was Brittany and she was awesome!!!!

It took a long time for me to order, and I only had cash, so I couldn't use the kiosk. I also wanted to get some sauces, which took longer than I expected.

All was good until ordered 2 apple pies and was not told they were out but then told it would be 5-6 min then turned out to be 13 min, was refunded then left. I have noticed a trend at McDonalds the staff is to lazy to clean the shake machine and cant keep apple pies on demand.

This was the worst service ever! I ordered thru the app. And I live less than a mile away. There was 1 truck pulling in the drive thru. No one in front of them. I also ordered 2 sundaes. I paid for my sundaes at the window. When I got to the next window they asked me to pull to a parking spot. About 5 min latter they bring me my 2 sandwiches. No sundaes. He said well I don't know. 10 min latter No sundaes!! I'm mad as heck. So I go inside and asked for a manager. I explained what my issues were. She says we don't have a order for sundaes. Uuuugggg. So this other girl brings 1. That says it all. The worst part was the fact they were NOT busy.
