Changing my review. This was my favorite place to eat until the app said there was a problem processing my order. Well the problem turned out to be they charged my card but my order didn't go through. Never again.

Food is always great. Love being able to order at the kiosk and have to talk to or deal with anyone. Now they have taken all the drinks away from the kiosk (I assume because of theft?) and you have to wait until you get your food to get a drink cup? Even Taco Bell and McDonald's let's me sit and enjoy my drink while I wait on my food. Tried to get our drinks from the girl at the register and was told no, we had to wait and get them at the window with our food? Please staff the kiosk or put a camera above it, everyone there is paying with a card, no cash....if they take a drink and don't pay, charge them. Put it in your terms and conditions and make everyone acknowledge it on the first screen when they order. Stop punishing your paying customers and sip club members. Do better Panera.

I love Panera and used to eat there all the time. I remember when Pick 2 was actually a good deal. This Panera is clean and well kept but the service and food are lackluster. Had to order at the kiosk instead of an actual person to ask questions. Kitchen staff wasn't knowledgeable and unfocused on customer service. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. All in all and ok experience but nothing like they used to be. Sad.

Just got a mouthful of cilantro which I am not a fan of. Wife picked something out for me saw the teriyaki bowl. Not sure if it didn't have a description or she didn't read it. While I hate cilantro I am more disappointed with portion size based on price paid. Just not worth it for me even if it was something I wanted.
We were going to purchase some fresh baked bagels this afternoon. They would not sell to us. We were told they are for tomorrow's customers. They only sell day old bagels.

We enjoyed a simple, fast, easy lunch. It was quick but refreshing. We had broccoli and cheddar soup, along with a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Both were extremely good and we highly recommend. We also tried the new Blood Orange Charge Splash. I liked the drink, however my husband didn’t care for it (maybe because it’s Zero Sugar). Restaurant gets busy but they are pretty fast with orders and cleaning off tables.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu. The menu includes different varieties of salads, soups, sandwiches and flatbread pizzas.

I actually just had a Dave's triples from Wendy's and was eating it inside of this establishment. What I can tell you that the restaurant got looked clean and the food looked good. My friends were eating it and they were all like. This is some great food and so I assumed the service was good as well even though I was gone getting my Wendy's when they were ordering. So anyways, I really think this restaurant is quite good and has a lot of character to its content. So get the soup and get a piece of bread and eat it at Panera bread. I recommend it.
