This place use to be nice but there is a woman there named Desiree rude loud unprofessional even tho it's pizza if you hate your job just quit don't be rude to customers and treat them disrespectfuly our community don't need people like this in it we had a few encounters with her it's not pleasant at all makes me think twice about doing business with Pappa John's anymore then makes me think if the pizza is safe to eat anymore ? careless manager should be ashamed employees reflect the company I'd be embarrassed to say that's my employee

Ordered online, requested 5 PM pick up, got there 15 minutes early waited outside to be notified, never happened ? went inside and told older woman at counter I was there for pick up, provided my name and she JUST WALKED AWAY and started preparing delivery orders??? The worst part our pizzas had been sitting there for 15 minutes

I love Papa Johns pizza, but at this particular location... They wouldn't take a $100 bill at the register, I've never had this problem at the Papa John's on Kemp? This is not a company policy, it's not posted on their website, not on their door, not even at the register, a sign or a sticker saying "WE DONT ACCEPT $100 BILLS" is not posted anywhere... I GUARANTEE that the manager simply doesn't have the mental capacity to count back $73.84 worth of change. Long story short take your business across the street to Pizza Hut where (I'm gonna quote the manager here) "We would love to accept your dollars as long as they're American"Parking: There are only 5 spots avaliable and the delivery drivers take up at least 2 of them.

This is the best pizza place in Wichita!! Pizza is always fresh, well made, and delicious. Robert is awesome, this is the only place we get pizza from!Dietary restrictions: I love the Papa bowls that help me stay low carb!!
Just ordered online here for delivery to Sheppard AFB, and the experience was very smooth. It's before 6pm on a Tuesday, so keep that in mind when I say that it got here super fast. From payment to my front door it was seriously like 15 minutes! The driver was kind and the food was hot and pretty much as good as Papa John's gets. I was worried about other reviews, but everyone working tonight (Tuesday March 21, 2023) did great, thanks :)

I live on base as a permanent party service member on Sheppard AFB. I placed my order @610, and I didn’t get my order until 3 hours later! How does that happen when you are given an exact…precise location. Oh I know why, it’s because your delivery driver is a 15 year old that doesn’t have a sense of direction. I finally get my order and I’m charged FULL price.Whoever was running management February 5th during night shift needs to be removedIf I could rate this particular papa johns lower than a 1 star I would. Customer service is awful. Timeliness is garbage.

PapaJohn at Shepherd Access Rd seems better than prev yrs IMO. For 10yrs I used them cuz they were so close. Even after yrs of burning the crust I kept eating their pizza due to their proximity & by drizzling the crust & toppings in ranch dressing & eating with a fork. I thought the papa bowls were at least partly, a surrender from achieving the perfect crust, but they came real close to perfect crust tonight!! Thanks PJ

Delivery was on time. Driver was friendly, properly dressed, and kind to give us plates and free seasoning. Pizza hut delivery sucks one time 1hr. Late. Both times when ordered the pizza toppings where to one side
