The last two times, including tonight that I ordered it was a waste. The first time we had the Alfredo sauce and it was separated and chunky on the pizza tonight was the second time in a long time that I ordered, and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. I never had any problem before the last 2 orders. We love Pizza Hut at other places, but I can no longer order from there. I have to cook dinner right now another pizza in the trash.

While I had a frustrating time placing my order on the website, the staff at the store more than made up for it. They were quick to greet me, had my order ready, and were friendly. I was treated like a regular, even though I'm not. Thanks for the amazing service!

The food for Pizza Hut is for the most part good. This is one of the only foods my kids will eat so we were on our way home and this was half way home. We stopped and the guy was rude and seemed to not want to be working there. First of all we limit our young children to the cartoons they can watch and Family Guy was playing on the background super loud. Couldn’t hear anything else but that. We had a coupon that was a day expired and the guy said I can’t do anything about it it’s expired. Then I asked what drinks he had and he said we are short don’t have much. I asked can you sell me the ones that we do like in the display he said no that’s a display. Okay I see you have coffee can I buy some coffee? He said we don’t sell coffee that is for employees only. I could go on and on best advise go to another Pizza Hut if you have to stop in Wichita Falls for any reason.Parking: Probably had plenty of parking because they are rude and people go to other places.
Staff was friendly but only a few working and the cashier was working the drive side and front and helping in back slowing things down.

Pizza was really good! They ended up accidentally forgetting our breadsticks and our delivery driver was super sweet and nice about it!! Went back and brought them to us, threw in some extra sauce and ranch! Definitely will be ordering again!!

I waited 2 + hrs for my food to arrive and it never came i called the store 4 times waiting throught the phone automation to finally talk to a employee at the store only for it to ring untill the call droped then i drive up there to only wait more and i didnt even get my order discounted or voided paid $41.60 total including the delivery fee
