“Having had authentic ramen back in California, I would say the food here is decent for American taste. Firstly, I noticed the gyoza deep fried versus pan fried. Secondly, I saw the ramen were all boiled, rinsed, and then topped with soup and toppings. Traditionally, the ramen should cook in soup, as the taste is in the ramen per bite. The service here was fast, and I found the price reasonable. The decor inside provided enough ambiance for foreign taste. Being the only ramen spot around, I would say the taste is good but not best.“

“Love this place. Excellent food.Every time I've been here service has been top notch.Last visit by myself server kinda forgot about me... As a courtesy, treat single guests as well as you do larger parties. Other than that, no complaints!“
