Everytime I come here, they mess up the order. Tonight they shorted me a whole sandwich at the drive-thru. They NEVER have the menu they offer online. I asked if I could get a pastrami Rueben on rye, which says is available online at that location, and they tell me they haven't had that available for years.
After ordering on app to pick up my food in the drive thru at 11:15 am, I had to wait for the food in line for over 30 minutes because the drive thru was not moving. My food sat there in the sack getting sweaty and soggy. Then I didn't get all my order and had to wait another 5 minutes just for my drink and chips because the worker argued I hadn't ordered it even though I had my order up on the app. The food was not worth eating after it had been sitting so long. Is it too much to ask to get extra Schlotzky's sauce? I mean only 1 is given, regardless of the size of sandwich. Young lady was very rude when I asked for an extra one. Smh! Yeah, next time I will walk in and use the "free" sauce inside.
