I stopped going to Sonic for a while because most of the stores the service is bad. The people act like they're put out for having to bring you anything and the food is so so. That is absolutely not the case with this Sonic. The staff is amazing which will keep us coming back and the food was great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Well worth stopping at.

Very poor service. I've waited over 20 minutes for food. Roughly 16 for my order to be taken via drive thru. The manager slam the window shut and sid don't speak to me bc I was wondering why they was able to serve everyone else.

visited the sonic on Wednesday night the service was HORRIBLE! I witnessed a lot of horseplay, the employe who gave me my order looked as if she was on something. first and last time I will go to the sonic off of southwest and fairway!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
July the 11th they were out of tater tots I was told the machine was down and this was an afternoon around 4:00 oh I gave you a two star I waited an hour and 30 minutes for number seven a footlong or tater tots never have them too greasy little children and kids don't like it greasy but I counted it all

Ordered Cheese Burger with Mayo, mustard, cheese and onion only.They gave us with tomato, lettuce and pickled. It’s tossed in the trash. They even asked us if we want our change from a $10 burger so I said you can keep the change. Who does that!

This used to be the best location in town. Quality of food/service have steeply declined. Most recently, ordered a bacon burrito. Got home, it had onions. Drove back to have it remade. It was so poorly prepared he couldn't eat it. The breakfast burrito recipe has apparently changed. Used to be crumbled bacon. Now it's a giant strip of badly cooked bacon; take a bite and pull the whole thing out. Terrible quality. Bad service.. Unfortunately this is representative of recent visits to this location.

Check your order before leaving! Music inside so loud they could not hear my order. Repeated 4 times. Ordered popcorn chicken, it was cold, super sonic with cheese and Mustard and chili tator tots. Tots were luke warm, but the burger received was single with mayo. Perfect example of, " i hear you. But i am not listening "
