The girls who work here are extremely rude. There’s never any thank you or anything. The times I’ve tipped on the app my drinks or order had been wrong so I stopped. Now every time I get my drinks they are extremely rude. Tonight the girl (zeonna) just said “here” and walked off. Should probably do better at the hiring process and customer service.

We stopped there on our way to the Dallas area. All we ordered was tots and a sweet tea. It took over 10 minutes and there was only 1 person in the drive thru and no one else in the stalls. Not sure what was going on that day they could have been just having a bad day. The young lady was friendly and very nice but overall I was not too impressed with this sonic.

08/20/2023 1:15pm Stall #5 Check #97 Ordered two number one combo meals. One with Mustard, tots, and an unsweetened tea. Second mustard, mayonnaise, no tomato, extra pickles, tots, and Unsweetened tea. First burger had mayonnaise and mustard. Second burger had mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. The unsweetened tea was old and sour. Pushed button to ask for different drinks and server was adamant that they were making new tea and would return immediately with fresh replacements. The teas provided second round were sweetened and being diabetic thats a problem. Gave up and drank water. Will not return to this location.

The staff was very unprofessional. People gave up waiting In line and drove away. The staff was busy looking at their phones and eating their own food to help other people. Gave me the wrong order after o waited for 20 min. Worst sonic I have ever been too

Would give zero stars if possible.Ordered #15 premium with iced coffee. Tots were very hot, to hide double cooked as hard as rocks. So they took cold tots, refried in oil and put in container.The foil around burrito was cold so you know what to expect from that...opened the foil, opened the burrito and everything inside was cold.So I can eat or get sick. In trash.Avoid this Sonic location.April 22nd, order placed around 9:30.
