Ordered a foot long coney w onions coney had a hair in the top of coney , I pulled coney out the sleeve in front of carhop , she apologized and got a refund she said no one wears a hair net in the kitchen , fork was put inside sleeve the footling comes in and was covered in chilli and cheese , car hop tried , kitchen cook aren’t

The last 2 times I have gone through the drive thru I sat and waited so long that I ended leaving without my order. It happened about a month ago when the woman on the intercom ask for me to hold after about 5 minutes I tried to get their attention by saying hello and excuse me but I never got a response and ended up leaving. The second time it happened was just a couple of days ago. I pulled up to the intercom and gave the woman my order at the end she sounded very frustrated and asked me to please hold on. I ended up waiting there so long that the two people in line behind me ended up leaving and then eventually after repeatedly trying to get your employees attention over the intercom I also ended up leaving without my order. This should not be happening at all. They can't even come on the intercom to let me know that they can hear me and give me some kind of instruction? They know I've been waiting for 5 minutes and there was nobody else in line in front of me so I don't understand what the issue is. I've never had this happen at a drive-thru in my life, but it has happened twice here at your location.

I couldn't get waited on drive in station. Went thru drive thru, fries cold, chicken tuff, day before no ice or tea sweet no taste, seems unorganized, girl at window polite. Just need organization, trash couldn't throw, always full! No senior prices either! No stars. Day ? before girl serving hamburger good, fries fresh, she was very nice, brought extra ketchup ECT.

Excellent service at this Sonic, the servers are always smiling and quick. Food is the same as any other sonic, kinda mediocre, but if you stopping for a quick bite I’d definitely go to this one over some other sonics in town (I’m looking at you kemp sonic).
