I ordered a coffee, with a splash of cream. The table/cart with the sugars, stir sticks, creamers, even napkins remains empty. I could have been out in seconds instead of joining the waiting room! Where’s the self-service? Otherwise- the counter service here is lovely!
We went to the Kemp and Hwy 277 location, thirty minutes before closing. We used the drive-thru. The male employee was patient and helpful.We didn't order anything complicated either.They had our order within five minutes from the timoof ordering. He laughed with us and was so very kind.Our drinks were made exactly as ordered.We had a pleasant experience.We ordered a London Fog, Tai Chi. Latte, and an Americano. (All hot beverages.)
