Employees simply don’t care. They don’t put napkins in the sack. They sell pretzels that are hard as a rock and then don’t put the cheese in the sack. It’s a sign of the times I suppose. Wich Wich is so much better it’s not close. The reason I’m guessing, is the owner is present at Wich Wich, same at Deli Planet. Used to love subway.

I arrived at subway on taft.rd at about 4 when this girl comes in washed her hands puts on gloves and gets to work.She says hello and politely ask me what I wanted, I stated what I wanted and she began making an awesome sandwich!!!!It looked better than the picture, bread was fluffy and nice. Jade) continued to show professionalism and courtesy. Way too go Jade I'll definitely be back!!!!

The subs were fine but my no bread bowl looked half eaten because it was already mixed together and it didn't even look like there was cheese in it. I ended up just throwing it away...waste of $12.

Went there today. Great place. The boy with the poofy hair was very nice and respectful while we decided on our sandwich. 5 stars!!Edit: went in the other day. Boy with poofy hair was not there. Received horrible service. 2 stars only because the girl with the black hair and the ponytail was so nice. Boy with the big features has got to go service is always slow from him.

Do not even waste your time drive to jimmy john, fire house subs ect. This place is ran terribly. The manager is the biggest problem there. I've tired to ignore it the first time I tried get a sandwich & the lettuce looked soo gross I asked if they had fresh lettuce & she told her employe there was nothing wrong with it! With a huge attitude, the lettuce was brown & soggy. Today I place a online order, I over hear them saying it was soo slow today. & they are still making my sandwiches, the manager was warmMing the meatbals in the microwave. I don't think anything of it, I'm not eating the meatballs sandwic. I get home & my husband says my meatballs are real cold. I was like omg thats why she was putting them in the microwave. He calls them & a man answers the phone & tells my husband the best I can tell you is warm it up in the microwave. My husband a really nice person he tells him he would just like his food remade. After my husband gets off the phone he tell me the man told him to warm it up in the microwave I called back to speak to the manager she doesnt let me talk. She goes on saying she made my food. & keeps talking over me so I ask her over & over if she was going to allow me to talk she wouldnt so I start yelling at her asking if she goes to listen to what I have to say. & she like now im not remaking it. I could careless Ill never eat there again lazy disrespect employees.

Probably would be best to train her on giving better guest service. ??Also, acting like it was an inconvenience that I told her she forgot to put ranch on my bacon, chicken, ranch sandwich, and asked if I could get some ranch is ridiculous. No one should be that miserable doing their job. And if you don't like it you should work somewhere else. Not treat customers like garbage

My family and I get subway quite frequently and accidents happen, but we mobile ordered and all our sandwiches had the wrong bread, it wasn't cut, missing all the sauces, and ignored the special requests.

He was touching he's button and preparing my sandwich.They should be give a better customer service, and be more hygienic when handling food. Go to the next door instead"( Fired Pizza) its better excellent customers service.

We've been fairly loyal customers of the Subway on Taft Blvd for quite sometime. For the second time in a roll, we've been charged extra for our sandwiches. Both times we ordered the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch sandwich. Both times our receipt showed extra charges for BACON! We called them on it this time, so they verbally said the extra was for getting grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken!Sandwiches are good but it's the principle of being charge for what is suppose to come on the sandwich! We will NOT return to this Subway. Might try a different one but ask about extra charges for what comes on the sandwich !?

Had the bacon Turkey ranch sandwich. Not impressed with the "Turkey ". Instead of sliced meat it was cubed and not very Turkey flavored. Had to remind the employee that it needed ranch dressing to be complete .
