Food was alright at best, but they will not do 2 separate orders for 1 car. You have to drive around and place another order and sit in the line again. Waste of time.

Do not go to this location , these employees are doing absolutely nothing and still making people use the kiosk instead of taking their order physically, this is a customer choice , not an employee choice just because they are being lazy and don’t want to take a order . Go to another taco place and leave this one alone .

If you don't mind employees standing there doing nothing ( I was the only customer inside and 1 car in the drive thru) and telling you to do your order on the kiosk while they stand there and watch you and then get impatient with you because you're going too slow so they start asking what drink are you going to order then Taco Bell is the place for you. I could see if they are busy... maybe, but to have 5 employees standing there not willing to ring me up is a bit ridiculous. Taco Casa is the place to go, humans willing to take your order with a smile.Vegetarian options: You can substitute beans for the meat.

Went through the drive through today at lunch. Ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos without sour cream and my wife ordered her food as well. Line was really slow but I'm not one to complain because you never know what they got going on in there. Pulled around after getting our food and had sour cream on my burritos. No biggie again because mistakes happen. However, the issue came when my wife went inside and was ignored at the register for 10 minutes trying to get it corrected. Just he aware that they don't really care here.

Food was terrible, employees tried to tell me what i was gonna order since they was out of the flour tortillas for taco's again. I ordered hard tacos as well and i recieved them shells were broken in half in several places. The other food I ordered was just poorly made, no pride at all in their food. One of the employees was touching everything and then touching food items with his gloves,(supposed to change out gloves frequently especially before touching food items etc etc) he did not change them out just very unhygienic you as ask me. Will not be going back to that taco bell again!

I had just gotten off of work and my boyfriend and I decided to do something simple for dinner. I got a #1 which is the 3 supreme taco combo. Do you think they were smart enough to do the order correctly? NO!!! I went back up there to get my food remade and the manager on duty was severely rude. Gladly I got my money back. It is a simple order and somehow that Taco Bell ALWAYS manages to mess something up. They lost all my respect and I will drive out of my way to get food from another establishment before I ever go back there. Common sense is obviously lacking and not common anymore.

I had no expectations when i came. The lady at the drive through window was very nice and accomodating. I asked for potatoes instead of meat on my breakfast burrito. Also had coffee. It was very deli ious! I am a foodie and very picky but it was very good. Coffee was as good or better than the fancy foo foo coffees. I will definitely be back!

The counter clerk was so rude..she told us to use the kiosk and that was fine but when I realized the soda fountain didn't have regular iced tea only the flavored ones I went to the counter to ask where I could get regular...she was visibly irritated and said "What do you need"...oh no she wasn't talking like that to me.I corrected her and said " May I help you, you mean"? She then said "May I help you"?In a world where you can BE ANYTHING....BE NICE!!!!My food was very cold and the gordito bread was tough as leather. Won't be returning there!!!

Not recommended if you don't like using a kiosk, because that's the only way to order and they all are like that.

I have never had an issue (other than rude employees) before now.I ordered delivery on June 30, 2023 around 9pm. I was informed by the door dash delivery person that the taco bell store at 1415 Southwest parkway Wichita Falls T 76302. Was out of shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, taco shells, and other items critical to completing my order. The Taco bell clerk informed the driver, that I had to contact door dash to cancel the order and tacobell could not cancel it. Now Tacobell has charged me for this order and removed it from my past order list. Now not only am I being charged for an order I never got but now Tacobell is removing certain orders from my past order list that proves it was canceled! I am trying to contact the company, however when I check the request a follow up they will not accept my phone number so you literally can not get a follow up... horrible! DO NOT USE THE APP TO PLACE ORDERS!
