My order has been wrong 4 times consecutively going to this Taco bell in the past month and a half. I have not ordered anything special, there has just been an item completely missing each time. They have been out of cheese and ground beef this month alone. I substituted beef for chicken on a soft taco because they were out of beef and they gave me a lettuce taco with probably a gram of chicken on it. Out of all fast food restaurants in Wichita Falls, this Taco Bell seems to have the weakest leadership with a co.plete failure in standards, accountability, quality control, and training.

Its taco bell. Im not expecting 5 star gourmet food. I can excuse some cold fries or something. But the one thing i cant excuse is when people are gross.The cashier straight up open mouth coughed on their hand, and my credit card, 2 seconds before handing it to me. The cashier is also the one who gives out fountain drinks so who knows how many cups theyve touched in since they last washed their hands.
