Wasabi was our go-to place every time we were in Wichita Falls.Sad to say, after a price increase and poor food and service, we stopped going. It had been quite a while since we had been there and decided we would just drive by for old times' sake, and we saw a sign, so we stopped and read it. I am so we did. Our experience was just as we remembered it from months earlier.

Place was excellent for a early afternoon meal. My biggest complaint was the horrible water they had. I'm unsure if they ran it straight from the tap or not, but it was terrible.The food was excellent, sushi was wonderful, and the show was great for my kids.

This was my bento box I ordered to go… very overpriced for little meat. Worse Japanese I’ve ever been to and I’m not one to leave a bad review.I was confused of the random orange. Plus the lady helping forgot our fried rice without apologizing.

Jasmine is a rude person and I do not recommend coming here the only good thing is the service. Jasmine has no reason being the manager the way she treats situations and her employees. Definitely needs to get fired. The hibachi is garbage if you’ve never been to one you won’t know any better but being here there is no actual sportsmanship. 0/10 do not recommend

Bathroom:The bathroom toilet leaks, the floor is dirty, one of the sinks do not work, music is loud, toilet paper is everywhere, the lights are extremely dim and is generally not clean.Dining area:The dining area has food and grease everywhere, the floor is dingy with a build up and the entrance door handle is broken with a hole in it like they tried to fix it and left the previous hole.Food:The food tastes very good, we had the hibachi chicken, shrimp tempura sushi and Spider-Man sushi.

Ate here a while’s back was pretty good and okay service went there last week the waitress so rude until it came tip time! My nephew dropped his drink and they just looked at him I understand it’s not their job but they had no manners at all the table next to us helped us. The food tasted like it was warmed up and sucked and overall would NOT recommend

Decent Japanese steakhouse...typical hibachi options. Sushi menu is average, mostly cooked and fried options. Rolls are a little on the small size but taste good. Atmosphere is nice. Hibachi seating is a little cramped though.
Went to this place and had went many times before. Went in and the food from the previous people were not picked up. Workers were on their phones and coming in with attitude since it my family was the first to come after the first rush. We were patient and sat at the hibachi table and the table was sticky. Asked the host for a rag and they let US clean it up. We then saw a cockroach on the table and told the host. There was no urgency and they seemed to have waved it off. We left after that. Not a clean place and staff knows this as well and does not seem to care. ZERO STARS ⭐️

Sushi was alright. A lot of rolls with cream cheese but they had a small selection which was nice and not overwhelming. We ordered the shrimp tempura and it was very disappointing. For $10 it consisted of 2 pieces of shrimp that were frozen, 2 onion rings, 2 pieces of sweet potato and 1 broccoli. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rolls were all about $15 each.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

I am not one to usually leave a bad review, but I was very unhappy with my last visit to Wasabi. I remember going here a few years back quite a bit, and I have not been in a long time. The waitress was super sweet and the service was great.. but the food was just not it. We ordered the fried squid and it was very undercooked and chewy, the soup had no flavor and tasted like water, and then ordered steak and shrimp which also did not have a much of a flavor. The fried rice was very good though (that’s why I gave this 3 stars) We ordered $100 worth of food and it just was not worth the money. There was also a moth flying around the food being prepared in the back where we were sitting, and I saw it land in someone’s sushi. Everyone should head to Samurai, better quality food in my opinion and better pricing.
