absolutely unacceptable behavior. rude window lady. asked specifically for medium frosty she offered for it to be on the meal and yet gave junior frosty with it. wouldn’t have gotten a meal if i knew it wouldn’t be the size frosty i wanted. when i told her about it all she said was sorry about that and slammed and window shut. very unacceptable. super rude. zero customer service skills

Didn’t receive correct amount of cash back from payment. When I went back to the store to check with manager I received very rude treatment. They said register was not over. I said thank you and left.
Service was good, seating area was clean. Tiny, dried up, flat chicken patty was very disappointing. They got my order right and the food was fresh, but I will not buy from there again because of the sandwich.

Came thru drive thru, Had very pleasant service from the lady in the window!
Ordered food for my family. It took 30 minutes to get our order and everything was cold like it was pulled out of a cooler. It was almost like they cooked a bunch of patties and put them in the cooler and never bothered to heat them back up before making them into a burger. I went back to ask for a receipt so I could fill out the survey and the cashier tried to tell me she couldn't do it until her manager walked up behind her. Got the receipt but the manager wasn't interested in finding out what the problem was. Horrible place to eat. Wish I could give a negative amount of stars.
