The order was taken to the wrong table when they realized it was not there order they took it back to the counter explained to the mgr and let mgr know kids had started eating some of it She was very understanding and had kitchen remake the ticket the Mgr told employee to throw the order (that was taken out to wrong table) in the trash instead of throwing it in the trash she put the French fries and onion rings back to resale myself and 2 other customers let the Mgr know. The Mgr had amount employee Throw out everything that was on the line That employee had been working at this whataburger for years, I know she knows better then to reserve food that not only was handed out to customers but had been eaten out of

It should not take 35 total minutes to get my single biscuit meal at drive thru. The girl just threw the bag at me at the window and did not say thank you. Rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the order was wrong and the hash browns were soggy. I will not be back at this location.
