Mexican food isn't my favorite but this brightly colored, unassuming, small buildings that I've passed many times with barely a notice is worth noticing! I had the lunch chili rellano. It was the best I've ever tasted. Their rice is perfect, the chips have a darker fry than most restaurants do which makes them even more awesome! I prefer a warm salsa but it still was delicious. My friend had a taco salad & said the shell was freshly cooked, not hours old fried waiting to be used. I was extremely happy we stopped and would make the 30 mile drive to eat there again. Did I mention two lunches with a tea & bottle water was less than $25 pre tip?

Chips were warmed in microwave which made them seem very stale, the queso was also warmed in the microwave. We consistently heard the microwave opening, closing and beeping the entire time we were there. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. There are far too many options in the area that are much better.

We discovered this wonderful family-owned restaurant through some neighbors who took us there. The food is authentic, and the salsa and chips are excellent. By the way, everyone gets their own little cup of salsa that is oh soooo good! We've now introduced this quaint little restaurant to several other neighbors, and we want to see them continue to grow!

We're been twice in the past few months and the food and prices are both excellent. We love the place.
The food here is amazing, and so is the service. Everyone is so nice. But let me tell you their Enchiladas are the best. This is worth the 5/5 stars in fact deserves a 10/10Kid-friendliness: Welcome everyone, and all ages. Very accommodating.

Called at 9:20 to put in an order of 12 tacos and a simple queso dipThe lady said it was going to be $50 for 12 tacosLet that sink in for a secondAbsolutely absurdI don’t know how the food taste never ate there before it was just the last option but $50 for 12 tacos. Yeah I’ll never eat there anyway lol

Hard to believe I've not been to Casita before now, even though it's quite close to me. The restaurant is a tad bit off the beaten path, and has an outside appearance that might suggest a "dive", but once you get inside, everything is fresh, and welcoming. And the food is simply wonderful. The place was bustling on a Tuesday evening with most tables full, and they had live music as well (more on that in a minute!). Service was immediate, and I loved the menu choices. I had the Chile Relleno dinner with rice and beans (I ordered whole beans which were delicious!). I chose shredded chicken for the relleno stuffing, and it was a substantial portion. All in all, I loved the dish, and the restaurant overall. I found it very strange (never in my life have I experienced this) however that while I was eating dinner, the band started playing a medley of US military anthems. Until then, they were playing a variety of popular music tunes (mostly country music songs which are my favorites). THEN, they asked everyone to rise from their dinners while the band played the National Anthem! Was I at a sports event?? I didn't say anything but would be remiss if I didn't point this out. It was bizarre. I will go back to experience the great food and service. I'm as patriotic as the next guy but really, the National Anthem at dinner??? Let's leave that for the next baseball/football game.
