I told the lady I wanted a chicken bacon ranch she asked me which chicken I wanted showed me 2 options. I chose the 1st one. Arthur rings me up for a grilled chicken sub $2 extra for the bacon used! I told him the situation and he told me it’s my responsibility to read the menu. Super not happy with the service I will never come back to this store.Called and when a manager would be he said I am the assistant manager. And that’s fine.

This location upcharges for sandwiches and rips customers off.The price they charge for a foot long oven roasted sub is wrong. I went to this store and ordered a foot long turkey sub which is roughly $8.60. The cashier charged me for Titan turkey sub which is $9.49. The difference between the turkey sub and the titan turkey sub is provolone cheese, which I did not order. I spoke with the cashier and pointed out the mistake. Both employees present told me it was store policy to charge $9.49 for any customer that ordered a turkey sub regardless of the condiments.Their store policy is to charge you the highest price they can regardless of the type of sandwich you order, PER MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE TRAINED TO RIP YOU OFF.

Worst customer service!!! I had (online) ordered a double meat sandwich, and they didn't make it double and wife sandwich didn't have cheese on it. I called them to tell them and the assistant manager told me she put cheese on the sandwich (she didn't) and asked I I wanted the double meat remade I said yes and we hung up. Right when we hung up I realized I couldn't go at that time so called right back to get credit, and I got no answer; I called again, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, and finally got someone. I asked if I could get the sandwich another day as I could not get there today. They said no, you asked for it to be remade; I said yes, but I tried to call back, and you didn't answer. They said well, you wanted it to remain, so we remade it and were not going to give credit or give another day! I then said I wanted a refund then, and she said they wouldn't because I said you was coming to get it. And again, I tried to call several times; she said well, it's not my fault the last thing you said was to remake it. So because they couldnt be bothered to answering the phones I just get screwed as I can't go back to the store (I expressed this) to pick up something they messed up, and refuse to refund. They were rude and just escalated the situation! I told her I would just call the general manager and corporate, she ok, said that's fine with me in a sarcastic attitude.

What a joke. Get charged for chips i didn't get. Get a tuna sandwhich that had the smallest amount of tuna i have ever had on a sandwhich. Wasen't paying attention but the sandwhich was all lettuce! Tuna sandwhich used to be busting out the seems with tuna now barely anything. This is why i get jersey mikes or jimmy johns. What a joke. Your service and food is trash!

How do sell stale wheat bread with a sandwich? My sandwich was horrible, first time ever having stale bread subway sandwich. Will not be going here again.
