Ordered for delivery on DoorDash and they refused to give the driver our drinks that we paid for what’s the point of offering delivery if they won’t even complete the full order and give it to the driver absolutely

Placed an order at this establishment through DoorDash and upon arrival my dasher claimed that the restaurant did not have my order. They received my order 1 hour prior to closing and still failed to even prepare the food. They also LIED to my dasher and claimed they "never even received the order" which has never been an issue in the past. I have had problems with employee laziness in the past but I draw the line at lying to avoid work. Definitely take your business elsewhere. I have seen other reviews that mention that the orders sometimes get mixed up with the 242 location. This was not the case as you cannot order from that location through DoorDash. I attached a picture of the location that appears on the app.

Incapable. That is the final word that comes to mind. The last 4 times we've ordered anything from them they have messed up the order. Then, they aren't responsible for their mistakes. The whole point of delivery is negated by going up there to get your order fixed. If you have to have Wingstop, walk in. You're going to have to anyhow.
