Ordered through the drive thru and when I asked for a breakdown because our order was more than I estimated the girl at the window said our prices on the MENU BOARDS have not been correct in a VERY long time... then said do you still want the food? How is that even legal? It's false advertising and apparently you receive complaints all the time (is what your employee said). We will not be back... that's just insane that you are allowed to continually operate and charge people more without even notifying them.. take a piece a paper or something... take charge and pride over your business and correct your mistake. Opened our food, and they gave us the wrong type of chicken! Good grief, this place needs to get their act together ..

I got home and opened up my rolls to see this mess. I returned it to the store. They said they messed up a batch of their rolls, and they have to give them out before making new ones...that's not even a roll that's shredded up bread like what? I said the manager knows and is okay with yall giving this out? He said yes.Honestly so disappointed. Do better. Also the prices are WAY HIGHER than they advertise on the menu. If you ask them tbey just say the price went up...ok...change your menu?! Like seriously...the food is always low quality.I dont know if it's a change in ownership, or under new management? Whatever it is its not good. I would go almost anywhere else for the HIGH price.

My favorite chicken place. Warm friendly service. Perfectly fried livers and fish besides chicken. Would have had all 5 stars, but they had no coke zero.

Ordered a 7 piece, got 4 pieces. I should have checked to make sure it was right but I was in a rush. I trusted that they would at least give me the right number of chicken tenders, but that trust was misplaced.

Showed up an hour before closing and was told they were out of spicy chicken “for the night”. Pulled around and found 3 employees standing in a circle talking.Customer care is definitely a thing of the past.

Called in ahead of time asked for ranch dressing when ordering. When the food was given to me I asked is the ranch in the bag. I was told by a woman in the drive thru yes it is in the bag. Drive home and NO ranch at all. I ordered fried pickles and poppers for sides and they are not the same without ranch. Disappointed asked two different times and was told oh yes it is in the bag. Not the first time this happen. Food is good mostly but I order ahead and ask for fresh because in the past I have been served not so fresh food. The service is not great. They are friendly but don't care enough to make sure order is complete just get you out of the window.

Ordered a coke, like a thousand times before, but this visit was not like the others. I'll share.Me: Coke.DT: "2.15"Okay that's not right its usually 1.50 maybe its a medium?"I'll have your total at the window. "Thank youDrive around and am greeted with"2.15", drink in hand. I hemhaw a bit and ask "can i have a medium?" No verbal response, gives me a dirty look and she walks away. At this point, I am confused since we've already talked about all this. Between the dirty look and the now growing fear that my wife's drink would now have saliva in it, I leave immediately and loudly. I'm perfectly willing to admit that I may have misunderstood the sideways look and responseless retreat, however just I don't think so based on the rest of the experience.Down the road a bit, and after informing my wife no coke would be arriving home with me, I decide to call and let the manager know what happened. I let him know that i wanted to give him some feedback. I told him that I, as a longtime customer am not inclined to return at this point because of the dirty look i just got in his drive thru over my drink. Before I could finish explaining to him exactly why, he talks over me and accuses me of punishing him for the actions of his employee on just one day and without the chance to make it right. Ummmm, why do you think I was calling? Very combative interaction, not a good choice for this situation. He just ends up talking over me before I can finish, so i talk over him and let him know all i wanted was to share feedback and let him know and hung up. Folks, never use this tone when you are dealing with a unhappy customer at your business. What was really a simple call to handle is now a bad review on Google and many, many dollars less in your pocket and more dollars in your competitors, in this case if they decide to not make an honest effort to make this right. I will pay the extra cents at the Whataburger instead if he decides more of the same is in order.I really just wanted to communicate the issue, which is really a communication one, so the issues at a place I frequent could be solved. In this case its pretty simple LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Apparently this should include bossman, though I had only knew of the drive thru worker before calling! Second lesson, CONFIRM THE ORDER.This is all I wanted from you guys when I called. Since you did ask, if you do want my business back at this point, I will minimally need:1. an apology to me for the service ive received today, especially my phone call with the owner. I'm okay with a reply to this even!2. Some meaningful overature that you want to solve the problem at your store. Like instructing your employees to confirm orders or clarifying any confusion instead of leaving it hanging.3. Some incentive to keep visiting Chicken Express.

Chicken seemed old, service was rude, and restaurant seemed incredibly dirty and rough looking for how new it is. Will not be back.

Unsanitary garbage. Take it seriously if you get a report that one of your workers is dropping band aids into and bleeding into the food.
