Let me start by saying that I have been eating here since they opened and love there tacos. I ordered my food on the app. I picked it up and went home. When we opened it, the shrimp soft tacos were made incorrectly. I drove back and asked for the food to be made correctly and a refund. (Gas is not cheap). I was told that I could have the tacos or the money. I took the money. The employee had a cocky attitude. Avoid that place at all cost, and they are watering down the queso.

I loved Rylee B. She was so funny and nice!! She is the best employee I met here and in my life to be honest!! She is so fun to talk to (she still is working not distracted). But overall she’s my favorite employee and probably one of the best! The food was also so good!

The girl who checked me out, her name was Addy, and she was very friendly and had an amazing attitude which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place, it was very clean as well and thanks to Addy she made it an even better experience. Would eat here again!!

Have been to fuzzy's willow park 2x this month, and Addy has been working both times. She is friendly and patient with my children while I order. The food was fresh and accurate. The cooks were attentive and seemed happy. The restrooms and dine-in and patio areas were all clean.

Took 50 minutes to get food, and that was only because I had to go up and ask status. Shouldn’t take this long to get a burrito. When I complained they said average time is 20-25 minutes. Ok so it’s been 50. Now I’m going to be late to work. And manager didn’t care at all and said nothing she can do.
