The restaurant has gone down a lot. I went there with my daughter to have lunch. The food is terrible. This restaurant serves old expired food. The chicken nuggets were old, overcooked, and very dry. When you order large fries, you get a medium in a large container. I brought it up to the manager, and he almost refused to fill the container to make it a large. I tried one more time to give another chance, but the attached photo says it all. After emailing the manager at the bottom of the receipt, the restaurant continues to serve the worst fast food in the restaurant's history. Do not spend your money at this location. Go elsewhere.

The clerk, who made the hot mochas, was very ugly to us and the checkout person when we asked for whipped cream on our hot mochas. She should know it comes with whipped cream. We asked for no caramel, duh!!!!!

I had an awesome experience at McDonald's David who took my order also helped expedite it out to me and he went over and above when it comes to service he helped me navigate through the app so that I could find the best deals on my order love love love love love love love love love the store I will definitely go back and recommend

The workers are very childish. I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino with an extra drizzle. I saw the girl finishing it and she ran out of Caramel, so they handed it to me with barely any Caramel. I asked for the extra drizzle I paid for. And they asked me to pull forward and they would bring it to me. I waited and waited, finally after 5 cars behind me had been served and still no drink. So I went inside to get it. I told them nevermind, that I needed to go. The girl said it was almost done, they were putting the whipped cream on it. Then she handed it to me and I went to my truck and drove off. After I got on the hiway I took a drink and choked on the pure syrup!! They had coated most of the inside of the cup and there was over half an inch deep on the bottom. It was not drinkable. I had always liked this location, but the children that were working 2/21/24 about 6:20 need to grow up!! Sign me disgusted!!

I placed an order on the app but apparently it was the wrong location. An employee went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. She was so sweet and the food was perfect. I didn't see a name tag because she was wearing a safety vest but she had glasses, highlights in her hair, and on the shorter side. Anyway, thank you so much for your help and great attitude.

told me to pull up and when i refused they brung out the food for the people behind me then started loudly complaining about me to the other workers, then when they actually gave me the food it was cold.. i would reccomend going elsewhere

For some reason every time I go to the food sucks. It's the buns are always stale. The french fries have been dropped twice. The meat is like rubber like it's been sitting in the sun machine too long.. the people that work there are amazing! I really didn't have to leave a bad review but the food sucks. Make fresh food. It's not that harT
