Been here a few times, the first time no issue. The past 2 times, we have gone through the drive-through at around 8:12pm-8:15pm and closing time shows to be at 8:30pm on google. Employees inside ignored us first time a couple weeks ago. It happened again last night on 11/3/23, I sat at the window for a few minutes, and then they turned the screen off. Employees need to get retrained, if they close earlier, then times need to be updated.

Purchased a pumpkin spice latte at another Starbucks. After not tasting any pumpkin, spice, or whipped cream I needed to get the taste out of my mouth so stopped at this location for a Snowman cookie. When I explained to the barista why I needed the cookie, she insisted on preparing me another PSL, on the house. It’s a joy to find an employee who takes responsibility for the Starbucks failures that are not even her fault. Way to go Willow Park! (And the latte was perfect!)
I generally really enjoy this Starbucks. The staff is really friendly and I've never had issues with the quality. My only complaint is that they're not always able to handle the mobile orders timely but continue to accept them. I don't recommend going here on a Friday morning unless you have 35 minutes to wait for a drink.

Most of the time this Starbucks is good, But today I ordered a white chocolate mocha and this is what I got I would of gave it back but when I was sipping it I just thought it was the whip cream and I would get to the coffee but nope they just gave me steamed milk ! My husband got the same thing and his was all burnt and taste like crap !also not to mention they grab the cubs from where you drink out of and it's disgusting! No body wants to put there lips where you touched after taking money and swiping cards! We were in a hurry for an appt so unfortunately couldn't turn back but hope they pay more attention to what there doing.

Went for daughter’s bday- told them it was her bday but they didn’t say anything just charged full price & the food was WAY too hot for her to eat. Not asking for free stuff but Starbucks says u get a free drink on bday- not true. Just sayin…. And food was a waste because she literally had 5 min to eat it but it was too hot to eat so we threw it away. What a waste!

My wife and I went through the Drive Thru 9-6-23 for a Pumpkin Spice Frapp. and a Iced white Chocolate mocha. Get the iced drink and they can’t even fill it up, missing 1/4th and they cover it up by putting the whip cream. Starbucks needs to get it together for the price they charge for drinks.
