I am not a McDonald's fan, however, in all fairness, the exterior of the restaurants are always well maintained and the drive thru as well as parking, are clearly marked and maintained. The landscaping is always appealing and beautifully kept. I don't go inside. If I patronize McDonald's, I am just getting a reasonably priced drink in the drive thru, which they have clearly mastered in taking accurate orders and moving traffic quickly.
Folks who work here are nice, but...I order a decaf coffee on some mornings. The fastest i gotten one was 12 minutes, average 18 minutes.Today i ordered one on line, waited 30 minutes outside, no notification from the app (just saying "preparing").Come on y'all, thats not really acceptable!
