Tried to order the new hot honey wings online but it wouldn’t let me select that flavor, so I called and spoke with GM Heather to see if I order a random flavor could she make them hot honey since it wasn’t allowing me to. She said she could only follow the ticket and can’t change the flavor, making it a problem.. after arguing with her, I just decided that I will just go with dominoes! This store never answers & is always forgetting items!

Did not order from here, tried calling and the AI robot, on the other end did not speak a lick of English,, could not understand anything she was saying, but glad I didn't order from here cuz I got the best pizza from Dominos, a good specials and I didn't have to talk to A I, Thank You Domino's,

Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza well done. I got a half raw pizza, and the manager at first wasn't willing to accommodate and fix the order. However, after stating, I would leave a negative review of the establishment he offered to re-fire a new pizza and give half credit to me good for 30 days. I don't eat out often and rarely pizza when I do, so it's not much of a fix for the time I waited. He did an attempt, so I accepted because he did so with a fresh pizza, so thank you for your effort Mr manager.

Ordered dinner salad, Cajun wings, and 2lt pepsi. Paid $25 tip and all. Upon checking order no salad. Called store confusion over order was told manager would send salad out for $13 dollars more. To recap, they want over $40 for a $3 dinner salad, 6 wings, and a 2lt pepsi for deliveryResults you lost a customer.

Ordered delivery. Breadsticks were stale and cold and covered in something wet and slimy. Maybe that was a butter sauce. Unsure. Took one bite and threw them away because they were so stale and gross. Pasta was only okay. The upside was that the delivery was fast.

Convenient location, friendly service. I have a child with sensory issues who eats very few foods pizza hut is one and twice now ordering light cheese seems instructions were overlooked. Very difficult evenings for me when the orders aren't correct.

We were handed a physical menu after being seated. After receiving the bill we noticed that the prices on the bill were higher than the prices listed on the physical menu. These prices are also higher than the digital menu if one were to order a carryout meal online. Patrons should be aware that eating in-store will cost more than expected. Very disappointed and surprised that such dishonesty is taking place. Also very shocked that none of the workers ever pointed this out. We only noticed after examining the bill carefully when it was much higher than expected.
The staff is great, fast and happy to be there.
