the food was just thrown together unappetizing and when I I made a comment about my meal I just paid $10 for I was met with hostility rudeness and the manager she came out and escalated the situation I'll never go back there again.... completely different from the Dairy Queen in Refugio you should have the manager from Refugio work at the Dairy Queen in woodsboro

Fries were not to my liking, chicken burger was so so. Hamburger was quarter pounder it was good but bun was a disappointment. Small sundays were excellent. service was excellent when ordering, older lady who really cared but girls in kitchen were too busy chating to make my order move quickly.

I won't say we won't be back, but in the words of my wife the beef patty was "como piel de zapato" disappointed as Dairy queen is our go-to resteraunt. Blizzard was good as always.

Waiting for chicken strips seemed like an eternity thru the drive. Then the girl asked me what I ordered and sent me around to curbside along with the car in front of me. Employees didn't know where to go with orders. I understand what happens when a shift change occurs but this was very unprofessional. Employees need to be retrained at this location
Clean,, but the manager was a complete loss....didn't the menu nor the order system or how to speak for that matter..

What can be bad about a blizzard? Delicious as always. The clerk was pleasant and polite.Parking: The drive thru is awkward and when it’s busy, the line either hangs off into the highway or snakes around the front, impeding traffic in the lot.

Great customer service, great attitude from the younger workers to the much older manager named Mary. Why is she still working? I'm not sure how they get bad reviews, I have stopped here three times in one week being a truck driver and it has been great all three times. Good job guys.
