3/11/24 at 1:35pm After paying at the drive through, I waited 10 minutes to receive decently warmed pretzels. I thought that because the car before me received her order, smoothie and pretzels in less than 2 mins, they were cooking up fresh pretzels, but nope; it was just bad customer service with a bad attitude... The worst part was that I drove around to the front to see if it was busy, and nope... surprise, surprise... no customer(s) inside... horrible service.

went here today for smoothies and pretzels. We got the salted pretzel bites, and they were fresh and delicious. It was brunch time, so not too busy. The bites were fresh and really tasty. The staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place.

12:48 pm on 2/24/24….the door is locked from the outside because the employees were overwhelmed with customers. A customer finally walked out enabling me to walk in and everyone was just sitting there like I wasn’t knocking on the door or anything.

Worst Auntie Anne’s we’ve been to! I’ve only been to this location twice, including tonight and both times the staff was rude and the pretzels were cold and obviously had been sitting out for a long time. The Firewheel location is amazing, so I don’t know what’s up with this location, but avoid going here if you can! It’s worth the drive and inconvenience to go to Firewheel cause at least you will be treated politely by the staff and get hot, fresh food!

The staff today went above and beyond! My son has a very serious allergy that we have attend to and they were very patient with my questions and even went and checked each individual ingredient for his smoothie! I appreciate staff like this going the extra mile to make sure he could have something (which doesn’t happen often due to the seriousness of the allergy)! Thank you!!!Visited on 8/26 at 3:10pm.
The pretzels were cooked fresh and hot, and the smoothies delicious but unfortunately it took a long time, but it seemed as though the two young people were running the place alone.

Hey! Just a friendly reminder PLEASE staple my bag closed before the delivery driver picks up my order! I just ordered here and my bag was dropped off at my front door step wide open no safe delivering or anything! If this happens again I’ll be contacting corporate that’s a serious food safety handling issue. I don’t know the driver to trust he/she isn’t putting things into my food.Uber eats customer who tips generously every time!
