This location was the very first Jimmy John’s I ever went to and I continue to go there till this day. Just today there was an issue with my delivery order and they were absolutely understanding about it and took care of it. I love it here and I definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Great Job to the team! Yall are the best!
I placed a large order for our office. Unfortunately I was late and was forced into a time spot. I was also shocked that they didn’t deliver. There appeared to be only one staff member. When I walked in, she was assisting someone at a screen placing their order. She didn’t even greet me. After she was done she acknowledged me and I pointed to my order on the counter and she stated she hadn’t printed a ticket out for it but that everything was there. Almost every time I order from here my food smells like cigarettes. I understand there may be delivery people that smoke, but is there not some way my food can’t smell like cigarettes? After a few times of this happening, I’ve finally just stopped ordering from here altogether.
