I'm not usually one to come and leave a negative review, but I have to today. I ordered to go for myself and my kids and the food was just....not good. It wasn't spit out of your mouth awful, but the more we ate, the worse it got. And now both my daughter and myself feel unwell. My daughter got the shrimp scampi and a side Caesar. She said the dressing was terrible and the shrimp tasted off. She also said the sauce tasted weird. She is now lying in bed with a very upset stomach. I ordered chicken Parmesan. There was too much mozzarella for my liking (but that's my preference, so not your problem), but it was burnt around the edges to the point it was inedible. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. The noodles were fine, as was the sauce. My son ordered the chicken Alfredo. He said the pieces of chicken were way too small and hardly any chicken in a chicken to pasta ratio. He also said the chicken was way too chewy and felt like he was chewing bubble gum. The sauce was also quite bland. I don't know if y'all are par cooking the protein and then reheating, but that is what it tasted like. Just rubbery and dry and quite toothsome. On the bright side, the garlic rolls were tasty, but again, a touch overdone. Or at least the outside ones were crispy whereas the inside ones were softer (kind of like a brownie). Again, apologies for the bad review, but if this was my restaurant, I'd definitely want to know.

Take out orders are never on-time. Tonight I had to wait 30 min past the estimated delivery time. I've tried to support this business but no more. I'll not be back. I like the food ok but evidently they have so much business that they have no respect for my time. Bye, bye.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful birthday party for a dear friend! The party room is a great space!!! The food was enjoyable. Pasta was well cooked.

They need to remove the salmon from the menu because it creates a lot of problems.Problems:1. Takes too long.2. Manager gets mad if you order it.3. Manager doesn’t know how to handle the problem in front of customers and creates a caos.4. Manager thinks he’s doing a favor and doesn’t know he’s providing a service.First time there and last time, I had to walk out of the restaurant.Plenty of Italian food restaurants.Thank you.

First time at this restaurant, ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, chicken was cut in 1/2 inch squares and as chewy as rubber which tells me it was heated up in microwave, noodles were ok, sauce was so hot couldn't put in my mouth. Before the meal we had a Napoli Salad which was the introduction to a bad meal. It was just as bad. I will never go back to this establishment.

There’s a reason this place has so many great reviews! The food is phenomenal. The service is friendly and they were so kind during our waiting/ordering process. We sat at the bar while waiting for our to go to be red and the sweet red wine that I asked for was delicious! The spaghetti with meat sauce was great without being overly oily like some places can be. The Greek salad has arugula which is CRISP, not wilted at all! The bread is soft with a slight crunch on the top perfect for using to scoop up the bits of meat sauce. My kiddo is who is very particular about her spaghetti LOVED this place! We can’t wait to try more of the menu! We ordered a kids portion meal and it may have been an adult size plate. You get your moneys worth here and it is so flavorful!
If you like great Italian food, this is the place to visit. My favorite go to is the Lobster Bisque, Alfredo sauce side and fresh rolls! ??

Supreme Personal Pizza. Never been to Italy but I think they would attempt to make pizza that good.Another Supreme Pizza night. I've eaten pizza all over the country and my hometown Napoli's is in my top five. One's taste for the combination of ingredients is a personal thing. For me, Napoli's is top tier. Gotta say, This place was the real deal. We sat towards the entrance to the seating area and saw many of the dishes that were ordered as they passed by. They all looked fantastic. Our food was just as good. Portion size was great. true value for your money. Very busy but not so much that personal attention was lost. Good hustle from all who were there. Got to meet the owners dad. Cool dude. Definitely going back if we are in town.Parking: Get there early. Parking is limited in the evenings since they share a parking lot with a business strip.
Went to Napoli's to try something other than their amazing pizza. I chose the Fettucini Alfredo. The noodles were fresh. The sauce was creamy, but severely lacking garlic. It was sadly bland. Please fix this and I'll try again. The service was excellent and the ambiance was nice. The food took awhile to arrive. I suspect it may have been due to a birthday party going on in a section of the restaurant. I have confidence this place can be better doing something very minor: cooking sauce with garlic.
