This Pizza Hut is in a small town and there aren't many options for delivery with my issues. So far there has been only one issue. Since then the service has been great. My deliveries are always fast and usually on time or earlier.

Earned enough points for a "free" pizza. Pizza was mediocre and I bit into a bread stick that had a long white hair in it. About an hour later my stomach was grumbling and I made several trips to the rest room, if you know what I mean. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never buy anything from this Pizza Hut ever again. If you don't want food poisoning. Avoid this place like it was the Plague.

The Pizza hut in Yoakum is horrible. The pan pizza is not crispy like all other locations I've been to. I'm not sure what's up with this location, but the food quality leaves alot to be desired.

My fiancé and I just ordered our first pizza from the Yokum Pizza Hut. Hot and ready when I went to pick it up the crust was buttery and fresh. Ingredients were fresh. Hats off to the pizza maker! We ordered the supreme large and it was fantastic! Lots of ingredients good flavor. The young lady at the counter was awesome! She had a great personality and made you feel welcome. We will definitely go back since we just moved to Yokum about three weeks ago. This is our first chance to get some pizza. I recommend Pizza Hut in Yoakum Texas. It’s D bomb.

Pizza Hut in Yoakum has its days. If the manger(short white lady glasses) is working she is always mad and rude!!! Doesn't greet you at all and you are always on her time.

I was doing a phone order and the guy on the phone was NOT listening to me when I was still placing my order and when I told him that I didn’t want bread sticks he said that he already put them on my order so then I had to tell him my order again just because he didn’t listen.The food was great though but the service was bad.

The manager is insane. She screams and belittles employees while families are enjoying their meals. She knowingly delivered the wrong food because she didn't want to waste time making it again. The rest of the team worked well together and used excellent communication when she left, but they really need to answer that phone. I almost jumped in and did it for them. TAKE THAT EXTRA TIME TO GET THOSE ORDERS RIGHT AND ANSWER THOSE PHONES. We promise we won't get mad if it takes you an hour to get our food ready, we understand how busy you are being the ONLY pizza place in town. Take your time, do it right, LET'S GET SOME CORPORATE INVOLVEMENT AND TRAINING. We don't need this to be what we expect of pizza hut. Someone got lost in training and need to be re taught how to make this business successful. Everyone else was sweet though. Just over simulated and panicked trying to get orders straight and answer phones. ?

One of the worst Pizza Hut's I have ever visited. Ordered online, several times, because the app didn't seem to be working. Eventually just went into the restaurant where it looked like the place had been abandoned for a few months and was just being reopened. There were four employees in there, two sitting at a booth eating several pizzas (which were the ones that actually offered to help me). And two standing behind the counter...one man, eating. And a woman, looking blankly at me, as if to think, "why are you here?". When I asked if they were open, she looked at the man, with a full face of pizza, and asked him, "are we open?". That was my indicator to leave the filthy establishment and never go back. And I won't!

They burnt the quepapas and mozzarella sticks to a charred crisp, was gross….on top of serving us them without the included dipping sauces. The pizza tasted fine. I think the store needs to up their customer service quite a bit….this left a lot to be desired unfortunately
