The queso fundido con chorizo and margaritas were an absolute hit. I also ordered a dish (apologies, the name escapes me) with 1 taco, arrachera, enchilada, rice, and beans - each element was flavorful and satisfying! However, the service was somewhat inconsistent. At one point, our server stopped attending to us to clean, leaving us waiting for the check. Despite this, the food and overall experience were great and definitely worth a visit.
El rincon is my favorite spot to eat lunch here in zapata. I will go once a week to get the el rincon special. Just something magical about that plate that always wills me up. The cook there fajita to perfection and the enchiladas are incredible. The service is always quick and helpful they truly want to help and serve you.

The service was awesome! The waitresses were so kind and attentive. The food was so delicious! I loved the cheese on top of the entomatadas! The refried beans were so good they taste homemade! The rice was cooked perfectly, nice color , nice fluf, and great taste! I will definitely come back if I'm in Zapata! If you are passing by and you are hungry stop by this place .
