We stayed in the Maui room and I'm very confused by the whole thing. There was no window in the room which feels unsafe in case of a fire or something. The toilet is in the same area just with a partition. Where it acts like there is a shower there is no shower head. Luckily they have DVDs because the internet for the TV is spotty. Breakfast is very similar to what you'd get at any breakfast buffet. It was just all very odd.

We love staying here. This was our second time staying. We chose to stay 2 nights and switched rooms.Breakfast is great and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay both times and plan to return again in the future.Rooms: Each has its own theme. They've done a great job. This stay we were in the Cacun and Tahiti rooms. Each had real sand as part of the decor. We also stayed previously in their Hawaiian themed room. All three were tropical and a joy to stay in.

Went here for a little getaway after our wedding and it was great! Super relaxing and low-key with themed rooms made for an awesome time.

My husband and I stayed here about 5 years ago for our wedding night, and we came back for a little vacation before our new baby comes. We booked the Maui room and it was beautiful. The big tub was awesome, waterfall shower was super cool. The bed was so comfy (especially for a pregnant woman’s sore joints) We ordered breakfast both mornings we were there and it was brought to our room at the time we requested and was DELICIOUS!! We had such a good time and will be back.

Amazing place to stay. A note when you stay there though, I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom and could hear the neighbors.. enjoying the room, through the vents. Might be solved by putting a pillow over them or somethingFood & drinks: Complimentary snacks in main hall

I had my wedding at 5th East Hall and it was the perfect venue for me. It was the most budget friendly venue I found while still being modern. I loved the white walls (which make it not feel like a lower level), and that they provided the tables and linens and have a stereo system to hook up to. Booking process was quick and efficient and I loved how straightforward everything was. Great location for me as well.

The reception hall was perfect for the party we had

We’ve stayed here twice, and it’s been great each time. No interaction needed, which we like, and breakfast shows up outside your door in the morning on a silver tray. Plus the rooms are so nice and don’t seem hokey even though they’re themed. It’s a fun place for a staycation or anniversary weekend. It’s great that they have snacks and movies available too for free! We’ve enjoyed staying there.

I stay here every year for my birthday. The hot breakfast is AMAZING! In the Cancun room, it's possible to watch a movie while taking a bath :)

We had a great stay here. We stayed one night and I think that was sufficient. It’s not really an extended stay kind of place. But it’s worth the experience! We were so in awe of the aesthetic of the room when we walked in. Real sand, floor fish tank, giant tub with a fire place and tv easily viewable. They had movies, 24hr cold/dry breakfast foods and popcorn available. The only cons were the toilet had a bamboo wall and didn’t lock so there wasn’t much privacy using the restroom and the cheese they had out was moldy. The service was nice. We got text responses really quickly to all our questions. We had a good time here overall!

Such a cute place, they have beautiful rooms and around the clock continental breakfast items and drinks! We stayed in the Maui sweet for our anniversary, it was a lovely time! It's also next to many restaurants and Starbucks for the caffiends like

We loved staying here! We normally stay at the anniversary inn in salt lake and I’m so glad they were all booked out so we could find this place! Such good prices(a lot cheaper than anniversary inn), delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms, and a 24 hour snack bar! I loved that we could get in the building and to our room without having to talk to anyone. Great location and next to a lot of great food places and a CVS. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for our 14th anniversary. In a nutshell...Cons:Floor wasn't very clean, there were dust bunnies and dried flowers all over the floor especially by the bedThe sheet over the box spring had very heavily stained areas and food debri. The movie selection is very outdatedThe soaps were tiny and not good quality. The good:Tub and shower clean with hot water. Tub fills up fast.Snacks and wine glasses in the lobby was a plus.Check in and out was very simple.Breakfast was served exactly on time and was good quality.Overall, I feel like for $300 a room I wish the room was better cleaned. Just a little more attention to the small details ya know? I wasn't completely grossed out. Just wanted a littler better quality for the price and for our anniversary. I wish that the movies were more current. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and will come back. This is just constructive criticism. The room was gorgeous.

We stayed for our 20th anniversary. We were looking for something affordable and wanted to be able to feel like we were getting away at the same time. This was that. We stayed in the Cancun room and the themed rooms are amazing. Oh. We had an issue and they were so nice and responsive. Definitely will be back. They give you a key code to access at your free willIt is located at the back of a strip mall. Don’t use Apple Maps to get here or that will take you to a place in PG.

It's the basement of a strip mall. I spent the entire night terrified of a fire. No one is there for check in, no one is on site if you have questions. The thermostat is set for the entire building, so it was muggy with absolutely no air flow. Breakfast was good. I get the idea I guess, who cares what the outside looks like if you're just going to make it look like a cave... However, it has absolutely no charm. And there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
