App wouldn't work so I went in to get help and manager did eventually help but then rang up the wrong item and I had to go back. Also, the lettuce was half black, like it was burnt. Arby's seems to be going downhill but I still like some of their food.

DO NOT TRY the BLT. It was the nastiest food I ever tasted. One bite of that sugar coated bacon doused in liquid smoke ruined my appetite. On the positive side the man at the drive through was super nice and made delicious strawberry sprite lemonades for us.

I have ordered a smoked brisket sandwich from arbies many times but this one was very sad. 7.89 and there was even enough meat to cover the bun completely and the cheese didn't even cover half the meat that was there.And the fried onions that were supposed to be on it? Completely absent. See photo. A failure in service on just about every level.

I usually don’t go to Arby’s but today I did and The employee taking my order she was just really rude when she was talking with me she sounded so mad and it made me super uncomfortable probably won’t comeback but I do understand people can have off days the guy who handed me my food though was nice it was just the one girl who had an attitude problem

When ordering they asked questions and made sure the order was entered in correctly. Unlike the location we live by our order was made and done in less than 5 mins and the order was made correctly. The only one thing that puts it at 4 stars rather then 5 stars is the mud cover chair in the lobby. Other then that, we enjoyed getting food from this location!

The food does not come out looking at all like the pictures. The food is smashed flat and all puffy and thick like in the advertising. The bacon roast beef was a huge disappointment. 1 piece of tiny bacon cut in half. NOT worth buying.

We were greeted with a rude aggressive comment. My freind was told not to lean on the railings very rudely. One over the workers was wearing a dirty tank top. Terrible place to eat, unsanitary, prejudice, and bad atmosphere.

Very rude. I was completing a doordash order for this Arby’s. I saw the store was closing so I followed Doordash protocol and called the location to ask about the order I was completing. I was sitting at the window as I made the call, and I could see an older woman with white hair answer the phone. She answered with a “we’re closed,” I responded “hi, I’m a doordasher,” and she interrupted me with, “I don’t care, we’re closed,” then hung up on me.I’ve had many instances of arriving to a store after closing and canceling the order, no one was ever that rude. I will never accept doordash orders for this Arby’s again, clearly they don’t want doordash working with them. I’d rather not have negative encounter while I’m simply doing my job.
