I went at 9:23 pm on Wednesday and I know that they close at 10 pm but they had pick all the food even the drinks. I wanted a mint lemonade but they had nothing else out there and the service was terrible. The we’re eating while working inside the kitchen and it was really bad. The employees in the line were kinda rude about anything I ask for, they looked like they were in a bad mood. I order a burrito ? enchilada style but they didn’t even had the salsa I wanted and they just give me other that was all dry and crusty. Honestly such a bad experience. Since Cafe Rio was purchased by this other company, they’ve lost so much quality.

This location catered my son's wedding. They did a phenomenal job! They were very professional taking my large order over the phone, they were on time, the food was hot and fresh, and the wedding guests loved it! Thank you, Cafe Rio! I highly recommend them to cater an event!!

Ordered online and specified curbside pickup, entered our car, etc. We waited 20 minutes after our order was supposed to be brought out since they were busy, went in, and saw they put it on the DoorDash shelf. The food was cold, and my burrito was swimming in liquid from the pico de gallo. Extremely disappointing service and lack of attention to basic details.

We come here pretty frequently, hoping that it will get better, but if anything it gets worse. We are done coming here officially. Almost every single employee here is rude and acts like you’re an inconvenience. They hardly give you any meat, won’t fill your queso cups even close to half way full, the expensive chips you pay for to go with the queso is also close to none. This is the worst Cafe Rio I have ever been to! No wonder why this one is never busy.

I went in and ordered and l asked for extra meat (sweet pork) for my salad and l wasn't paying attention because another guy walked over to help take my other orders. When l got home the sweet pork was like 3 tiny bites. I payed for extra meat and didn't get enough for a toddler. This place has really gone down hill.

I do not recommend this location. Employees do not seem motivated to provide good customer service. They put too little food, don't listen to your answers and put spicy salt on your tortilla strips without asking. There is pulled pork in the pinto beans, but this is unacceptable for a vegetarian tostada or salad.Manager, go to the Pleasant Grove location to learn how to treat customers and apply it to the AF location!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian tostada and salad, but there is a lot of cross contamination between various foods. Employees are somewhat careless about that.

Firstly, I have reviewed less than 5 places ever and don’t like to leave poor reviews but tonight’s experience merited one. I am a doordasher and waited to pick up a customer’s order for over 25 minutes. As soon as I came in, someone asked me for the name of the order and said it would be a few short minutes. The location was not slammed or remotely busy. 2 or 3 people would come in and order at the counter every 5 or so minutes. Very calm if you ask me. Two other people came in 15 minutes after I did, and received their orders promptly. One was a call in order, the other a dasher like me. Perhaps because their orders were 5 or 6 items. The order I was picking up was one item. One. The food didn’t need to be cooked or prepared, it just needed to be served. Nothing should take that long. After 20 minutes a different worker asked me if I needed help. I said I had been waiting and she got the process moving faster. If she hadn’t have asked, who knows how much longer I would have waited. I called the location thinking I could talk to a manager but instead was directed to a call center where he said every location tonight was “slammed and 40-50 minutes behind.” If a few people coming in every few minutes is slammed, God help us. I will not be penalized and my ratings gone down on doordasher for someone else’s incompetence.

Prices have become a rip off. The nachos I got did not have much on them. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.
After tax the tostada is almost $12.00. I won't ever be eating here again. There is no reason a small meal should ever cost $12.00. 4 years ago they costed $7.00.....its almost doubled in price???? Stay home, make food at home, all their recipes are online. ;)

After giving this location SO MANY CHANCES, tonight will be our last time ordering here. Not only was the team rude upon picking up our order, but we picked up dinner only to go home realize so much was missing to then end up cooking dinner. They seriously always forget items & have YET to get it right. The app is very easy to use in choosing literally all the options to where it spells it out for the team. Clearly not even to get it right. We've stopped going to the Draper location due to witnessing many instances of poor sanitation & now we'll stop going to the American Fork location. Such a bummer, but not worth all the effort it takes to "get it right".
