I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and it didn’t have the top bun with it. I checked the bag but nothing. No top bun on my sandwich. I tried eating it but it was harder than expected.

The service at this place is always second to none. Always friendly, almost always accurate (family favorite restaurant and the seldom mess up out orders) and if they do mess up they are very quick to correct the order. It's their pleasure to serve you.

The drive through line is always long, but goes quickly. Food is great quality and customer service is fantastic. Inside is clean, service is fast, kids area is small but fun for kids. Definitely would recommend.

I was surprised to see about 20 employees at the store and only 1 trainee taking orders inside. I understand that they are super busy in the drive through, and they have to have a million people helping to not get backed up, but when you have employees trying to not make eye contact because they can see how long the line is getting and they are looking for other things to do but help take orders, that seems like a lack of training imho. I was also surprised that with how busy they were, my food didn’t seem fresh. Must have been an off Saturday.Went again tonight. Good thing I ordered a large fry, since they only filled it half way. Do better CFA.

Drive through. Chicken strips needed a few more minutes. Asked to pull up into stall #1 and wait. 10 minutes passed. I went into the building and waited another 5 minutes to talk to a counter person. Asked if 10-15 was a normal wait time. Girl behind the counter "OH my gosh. Your food!" Handed two bags which had been sitting on the counter to me. We drove off to find my wife's SALAD was ,instead, a SANDWICH! Manager needs to train their employees better!!!!!

I go to this location frequently, but today was exceptional. I went in to pick up an order for my work team and it was a lot to remember. I picked up the food and drove away. I got a call from them and they told me they forgot to give me part of my order. I went back and before I could even touch the door to open it, someone handed me the other part of my meal. I love how friendly the workers are there.
