Started off with getting an entire soda spilled on me by a worker. Not her fault it happens. It was the way the gentleman treated her, very rude to her. Basically yelled. Go get towels!!! I literally had to walk to the kitchen to get a refill. Asked for garlic parm wings got a random sauce. Didn't even bother to ask them to switch it. Food was cold been sitting for hours. Got the wrong drink.

My Family and I went there on 3/08/2024 and couldn’t have been more happy with our service provided by a gentleman by the name of MOE. He was very delightful to work with. From the moment we got there through our entire experience he was very attentive and caring. The man had brought everything out we had asked for initially, and made sure the children’s food came out first. Drinks stayed full and was just all around fantastic at his job. Made our night very pleasant and cannot thank him for his professionalism enough.

It's about what you would expect for a Chili's. Great food, reasonable prices. Went in on a Friday night. It was busy, but the wait time wasn't terrible.The chicken crispers (tenders) we great. I love the Buffalo ranch sauce. Also ordered the strawberry lemonade.10/10

Mel is an absolute sweetheart!! One of the best services that I have received here in Utah. She would immediately notice when our waters went low and constantly checked on us! Food was fast and great. It was pretty busy but she was on it! Will be returning back here soon! Mel needs a promotion!!

Normally, I am trying to eat healthier but when I go to Chili's, I take a break.This last time I went, my wife and I had steak and ribs. Given the cost, I am sure the steaks are not dry aged, but I don't care, they taste good. The ribs are also great. I may be full after my meal, but, if my wife doesn't finish her ribs I try to find room for her leftovers.I also like the chips and queso. I use the queso though not for the chips but for the broccoli coming with my steak dinner. I know I am weird. Oh well.About the only thing I am not fond of is the louder music. It probably has something to do with being 60 but I find it hard to hear my wife.
they are not open about wait times at all. we called here from another chilis with a long wait time and were told they put us on a list and could seat us when we arrived. we were then told once we arrived that there was actually a 25 minute wait. that ended up not being true, we waited for about 40 minutes when we were initially told there was no wait. id have stayed where i was if theyd been up front about how long it was going to take instead of driving from another chili's to one farther away. google isnt accurate either, wait was not "15 minutes at peak." not coming back.
