Update: The owner made things right and shows to really care about their customer’s satisfaction and Chip experience. Hopefully those employees are able to get some better training now here as a result.Initial: Franchiser be aware! Very disappointed in our visit. We go to Chip all of the time where we’re from and had high hopes for this one while driving through. There were 3 very young boys working the night shift (12/2/23). They were all sitting around doing nothing and just on their phones. We ordered a 4 count of cookies. My wife and I went to our car to eat our cookies and they were barely baked at all, not enough to eat. My wife went in and complained and the boys just gave excuses. Truth is, they were not doing their jobs. Horrible work ethic and customer service. We want our money back!

We did a cookie taste testing with a group of friends last year and Crumbl won out on variety while Chip was voted with the best chocolate chip cookie. Since then we've mostly eaten Crumbl since it's so close to our house. Looks like Chip added more flavors since then, but their most intriguing flavors have a $1 premium. Also, I'm not sure if it was just this most recent visit but feels like the cookies are undercooked like Dirty Dough. Not a fan of that. Hopefully it was just a one off. Saw a few other reviews from the last few months and 2 others complained of it being undercooked with 1 stating it was overcooked. Wondering if it's just inconsistent baking?

Honestly, love chip cookies but the last three times I’ve visited the American Fork location it has taken over 15 minutes to order a box of cookies. Each time there is only one person in line in front of me only ordering 1 box of cookies. But there is only person working so with the customizations it takes way too long to quickly go in and grab a box of cookies. Will probably start looking for a different cookie place!

Three stars because while they have five star cookies, they have awful customer service. I ordered a delivery here that never arrived. When I called the store they offered me a refund. I sent a message to their customer service who assured me they would refund me. I had followed up with them five times over the course of a month with no response. Only after I posted a review did they reach out and offer to refund me, which to their credit, they did. In summary, great cookies, just hope you never have to work with their customer service.

My daughter and I went on a quest for the best cookie. To fairly compare the different choices we chose only chocolate chip cookies from each of the following establishments:Twisted SugarDirty DoughChipCrumblI should mention that we also attempted a cookie from Crave, but they were closed for an unknown reason.The choc chip cookie from Chip was middle of our pack. We didn't dislike it, but wasn't our favorite. Solid cookie, worthy of purchase. Had we not been on a comparison tour, it would have been happily eaten and wanting more.

I just tried to order cookies for a baby shower and had issues with the CHIP server, I was unable to order on line and had no help from the associate I spoke with on the phone. I tried for over an hour then called back - I was told I could not order over the phone ... I just ordered from Nothing Bundt Cake instead. VERY FRUSTRATING

We have loved chip since it was ran out of a back room kitchen in Provo. The cookies are still delicious, but unfortunately they lost what made them awesome. The dough isn't made fresh, their menu is overly complicated, the service is VERY slow, and they are trying to be crumble when they have always had a superior quality cookie over their competitors.Go back to your roots simple, clean, fast, and quality.

Always a must go-to during our Utah visits from back east. We often get Crumbl out there, but our heart stays with Chip.Awesome location as well!
Personally I think these are better than crumbl. They are not as sweet and have really good flavoring to them not just sugar.
