We just went to cold stone tonight, and my daughter’s boyfriend ordered a like out of two flavors and they charged us $12 for a small ice cream! That’s ridiculous, and I won’t be going to cold stone again. If I could give zero stars for service I would.

I went here to get me and my kids ice cream, when I ordered I had to wait for the employee’s to talk in between coming back to finish getting my order three times and there was two people helping me! I ordered and asked for a waffle cone and then when the employee was making it I reminded her to put it in a waffle cone! She told me I had already paid and wasn’t charged for the waffle cone and refused to put my ice cream in one. I offered to pay for the waffle cone and was refused because the employee said there was no way to charge me for it, because I already paid! So I paid for ice cream I never got!!!!

I have been to this location multiple times over the years, but I never gave it a review. Came in today at 5 PM and it was not very busy at all. Their sizes are very generous. I love that you can choose so many options to mix in with as it makes it very fun and there is a lot of variety to choose from to mix it in with. you could dream of the most unimaginable combo if you wanted to. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for something to tailor your ice cream tastes to.

Great customer service, but the chocolate dipped waffle bowl tasted OFF. Three of us got one and each of them tasted like soap or cleaner or something…like, to the point we had to spit it out of our mouths. Maybe they’re not being covered when cleaner is being sprayed? Or soap is left in the tool that makes them? I hope it’s not toxic. It kind of made my tongue feel weird…Other than this, we love cold stone! We usually love the dipped waffle bowls so it was disappointing this time.

The staff here desperately needs to be trained on how to handle food!! We stopped in here to grab a couple chocolates, and the kid that was working grabbed each one out of the case with his bare hands. Even the chocolate clusters that have no paper or anything on them. He put a plastic sheet on the scale to weigh them, but clearly had no clue that those plastic sheets are meant to be used to handle the food too. Seemed like he could've been new, but there was only one other kid working and nobody else supervising, so he should know how to do the job.We took our chances and ate the chocolates anyway, and were disappointed even further. All of them seemed old, were super hard, and tasted funky. Another reviewer mentioned the air freshener in the shop, and since the chocolates are all unwrapped in the case, it makes sense that they probably are absorbing that.Overall I don't recommend coming here at all. 1/10 because it wasn't busy but seems like that's for good reason.

I’m not one to judge when it comes to customer service but I was in line for 5 minutes waiting to be rung up. 3 employees were working. Not impressed. The kids working didn’t ring us up. There was a line that formed after we got there. Customer service needs weren’t met. Anyone who works customer service knows that the customer is priority. I felt like the employees weren’t paying attention to the ones in line…the girl who made my ice cream should’ve instantly rung me up. And she didn’t. Whoever is training these employees should do better at teaching them customer service!!

Picked up a pre-ordered ice cream cake. Cake was pretty good, online order process was okay. Staff were busy so there was a short wait, but they were courteous and professional. Good value, recommend.

All of the ice cream flavors were very good. Lots of mix-in choices and ideas for fun creations.

I love this place but we waited in line 40 minutes to order. There were only two people here working. And nothing. Against them, they killed it, they were amazing, but why are there only two people working on a Saturday night? Y'all need to hire more people to 1 help move things through and 2 not burn out your poor staff.

Our favorite go to on hot summer days. Creamy, flavorful and never disappoints. Grandkids are delighted when we say, Cold Stone anyone?

Once again, a lackluster experience. I have unfortunately been on the short end of positive things to say about this Coldstone location. The business is staffed by children who are incapable of making decisions. This location is a perfect example of, "There isn't a button for that" mentality. It would be nice to see an actual manager with some real-world customer service mindset be present. Even the children running things could be trained to make decisions to take care of customer requests. What a shame.
