This is an In-N-Out Burger restaurant located in American Fork, Utah, USA. DT has a standard 200m waiting area, but there are so many customers that most people have to wait even inside. There are a lot of internal service people and they are very busy. However, the staff always welcomes you with a smile. The food is delicious and you can buy signature In & Out t-shirts. Check your t-shirt size in advance.Parking: It's relatively spacious and the rotation inside the restaurant is fast, so it doesn't take long even if there are a lot of customers.

For the price you can’t beat in-n-out. However if you want to get in and out this is not the place. In-n-out across the board has struggled with their ability to move people quickly and I think it’s a resistance to change issue. If you go through drive through expect to be there for a minute. Having said that though I love their burgers and I have a nostalgia for their shakes. They are also the only place around that I feel hasn’t jacked their prices up which I appreciate.

Such an amazing Neapolitan Shake at 10:54pm on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024.My life has been forever changed for the better by the quality of this shake, holy bananas, I will never be the same.
Not their fault, but the wait while going through the drive thru is above the wait of most fast food restaurants. Love the food and customer service, but expect to wait 15-30 min in the drive thru if you see 4+ cars. Food was correct and fresh, sometimes waiting for quality makes sense, but curious if they could keep up with product vs quantity requested.
