I got take out, it was very good! Only did 4 stars because I didn’t love the sandwich I got. It had nothing to do with the establishment, just tried something new and it wasn’t my vibe. Will definitely be eating here again!

first off apple maps said it was inside home depo, and google maps said it was on the other side of the parking lot. worst jimmy john's i have ever been to. 1 person in front of me in the driveway and it took 20+ minutes just to take our order. could have been 10 minutes quicker too if the cashier knew how to use a gift card. food was disappointing and portions were way off. sandwiches were labeled wrong numbers, and one was supposed to have bacon and no tomato but neither requests were fulfilled. maybe it was just a bad day but it did not live up to other jimmy johns standards.

Look when it comes to sandwiches this is one of the best. There spicy Italian is off the chain. Bread is amazing and always fresh. The way your greeted upon entering is always great. They are just so quick and friendly. It is always a good time here. Just so relaxing and just so casual of environment to be in. I love me some jimmy johns, always leave full and satisfied.

I gave my order. It wasn't right I went back. Asked them to fix it even if I had to pay more they said they couldn't. I offered scenarios on how they could fix it. It was like talking to a wall. Thanks, it's not that hard. I ordered the box lunch they gave me just the sandwich. Somehow they can't return the purchase and then order it correctly in a box. The person I am getting the meal for wants the cookie, pickle and chips. Wth. Negative -5 stars

Drive through was pretty long and took a bit, but we were able to get through. Mom ordered an unwich version of her sandwich, but it didn’t come out that way. Luckily we looked at our order before we left the drive through like so we were able to get a new sandwich.

I have been to several Jimmy John's in Utah County, but this one is by far the best. They are fast, friendly and the food is great! This is a busy location, but they always seem to be better staffed. The manager is also fantastic. He often will stop and say hello (yes, I may go there too often :-) As busy as they are, things are well managed and kept super clean. Keep up the great work guys!
