This location seriously is the worst. The last 3 times that I’ve had they haven’t had any pizzas ready during the “hot and ready” hours. 3 different times when all 3 times there was nobody else there? Come on guys.

Haven't ever had a bad experience at this store location. Usually, right when you walk in, you have someone greeting you. If not, it won't take long, and they will. Usually, order a hot and ready pep pizza with some crazy bread, yum yum get you some, and it's been amazing every time. The smell of pizza punches your nose and taste buds right when you walk in, and the fight begins. And sadly, little Cesar's pizza loses every time. In a good way. There is never left over pizza ever, as our Mike Tyson stomachs go hard to work and hit that delicate delicious pizza with the 3 piece tongue punch.

Whoever is working right now should be told to answer the phone. They suck at answering the phone. They have NEVER answered. I tried four times this time. Last time I tried about twice and went to another pizza place. Business rule number one always answer the phone- otherwise that’s it and lose customers. Haha! Sucks to suck.

Terrible service I just wanted to confirm my order I understand you just opened. Clearly the guy working up front hates his job. I legit said nothing to make him upset he seemed like he showed up to work already upset. There is a reason this place has a 2.8 which I think is too high already.

Yesterday I stopped to get a pizza at little caesars at American Fork location I went inside to order and there were a couple employees just ignoring someone was ready to order I waited for almos 15 minutes to be helped and when someone finally helped me I saw this guy who was making the pizzas picking his nose and actually he ate whatever came out of his nose then he just went back to make pizza without washing his hands worse experience ever????????

Some lady’s hair was made inside of my pizza like it was under all of the toppings and everything. And the center of my pizza was also completely flat like paper so I don’t know what that’s about either.

I've read some pretty bad reviews about this location, so I was very iffy on going here. I called in my order, and I only got 2 items. Shouldn't have been that hard, right? I showed up maybe 2 minutes later than the time they gave me. They didn't have my order ready, nor did they even get it started for me, which was a pain to have to deal with. (And I made sure I called the correct store location.) So I told them my order again, waited the amount of time they told me, and came back around the drive thru. Was told it wasn't ready and gave me another time frame to wait. Which was just as long as the first wait time. I was polite but irritated, because there was only one other customer that came thru the drive thru, no other customers inside the whole time I was there, and it sound like they had 3-4 staff members working. So I was confused as to why it was taking so long. But I was in high school once and actually worked at this location before, so I get it. If the staff stepped up their game a little, it would be a ton better. They were very nice, and the food tasted yummy. So overall, it wasn't too bad of an experience. The staff needs to just realize that it's a job, and regardless of if you're scrubbing toilets or managing a business or CEO, take pride in your work, give it 110% every day. I've gone home at the end of the day, knowing i made those toilets shine like porcelain, and it made the rest of my night.

This is by far one of the best locations. They cook the pizza correctly and they don't burn the pizza(to often). The employees are efficient and work in tandem. Ive been looking for a good Little Caesars location since we left salt lake city. We live in Lehi and the location near us is the worst. They burn the pizza all the time and frequently get my order wrong.This location is the best and a little drive is worth better pizza.

Ordered Little Ceasers here because I expected a 10 minute wait. Ordered the food at close to 6:30, showed up at 7 PM as scheduled for when it would be ready. Even with the 30 minute window for when I was scheduled they still weren't ready.I continued to wait in the parking lot for an hour straight. I started to talk to other customers inside who also stated they had been waiting for more than an hour for their food. And then I spoke to another worker at this point, asking what was happening. They told me that the food was being remade so they gave me a free order of crazy bread for the hour and a half long wait.I don't know why it's being remade, they gave me a pager too for whenever it was made and finally done. I'm currently still waiting for my food in the parking lot. I should have mentioned too that I only ordered two pizzas and a crazy bread.Update: It's been two hours since I originally ordered the food online. This would be a one star but when I finally got my food they gave me two additional free pizzas and an Italian bread on top of my order.

0 stars... ordered online, waited the 30 minutes said it should be done, then left the house. Show up food isn't ready, they say it'll be another 5 minutes, go back to the drive thru after 5 minute they say it isn't ready so they give us a buzzer. We waited over an hour. I sent my husband in to check and they said they hadn't even started making the two pizzas yet... quite sad

I ordered my pizza online and went in when it said it should be ready. I went inside and my pizza wasn’t quite ready so I sat down and waited 30 min in your lobby for an extra cheese pizza and they still gave me the wrong order. This location consistently messed up my pizza and it’s getting old. And then to top it off the pizza (which is normally fine) has a nasty taste like the cheese has gone bad or something. biggest waste of time and money. I’m not pleased.
